I'm trying something a little different here, with the help of my dear sister, Naeverse_2099. We're diving into our very own writing event-nothing public, just a fun little project between us!
As I mentioned before, we're from different fandoms, so this is both a fandom and writing collab. We both wanted to write for Halloween, and thought, why not write together? It'll be unique, fun, and it'll gives us the perfect excuse to motivate each other to write more, lol.
So, what's Vicetober?
To put it simply, Vicetober is all about exploring the vices of human nature. Each oneshot will focus on a specific vice or an extension of it—like lust or greed—and we'll craft spooky, themed stories inspired by it.
My sister will be writing about her beloved Miguel O'Hara, while I'll stick to my precious Naruhina, (of course) lol.
Each week of October will bring a new vice, and we'll both contribute a oneshot for it.
Simple enough, right?
If you're wondering what I mean by "vices," think of them like sins, but broader. Vices can include habits, emotions, and behaviors. It's the darker side of human nature—those flaws or indulgences that people don't always want to admit to, the things that are seen as morally "bad."
Those vices—the skeleton in the closet kind of stuff.

As I mentioned, Vicetober is set to run throughout the entire month of October, with both me and my sister dropping a oneshot each week. So, in total, you'll be getting four oneshots, each one focusing on a different vice.
We decided to give ourselves a full week for each update rather than sticking to a specific day, just to keep things more flexible. This way, we can post anytime during the week, especially since we have personal commitments like college, school, and everything else going on.
So, expect updates on any day within those weeks!
Also, we even gave each week a cool name because, well, we thought it was fun, lol.

I'm so pumped for this! My sister and I have had a blast planning and writing for this event.
I'll be stepping into new territory with oneshots that are dark, spooky, and yes, extra smutty—so be sure to check those tags carefully because things are about to get intense!
Plus, I'll be dropping moodboards and music recommendations for each oneshot, all thanks to my sister's awesome idea (which I'm totally on board with!).
