The girl pulled me as we ran, and the men's are chasing us.

"Hey, I can fight," I said, still running, and she didn't say anything.

They are still chasing us, and we keep on running without knowing we are running to a cliff.

"Hey, stop." We stop running.

"HAHAHHA, you can't escape."

"Tsk, as if you can take her."

We run to a high cliff, and there's no ground beneath, only deep water.

The girl looks down on the deepest water.

"Greed, can you trust me?" I was shocked when she spoke.

"You can speak?" I asked her.

"B*llsh*t, give me that gun." The girl grabs my hands and runs to the edge as the guy pulls a gun and prepares to shoot us.

"AHHHH!" I scream and blank.

When I open my eyes while floating underwater, I see a girl, but she's so blurred that I cannot figure out what she looks like.

The girl touches my cheeks and leans in for a kiss.

I felt her cold kiss with me in this underwater, and I passed out.

A MERMAID P.O.V

"Greed, can you trust me?" I speak to him.

"You can speak?" He was shocked as I spoke to him.

Before the guy shoots us, I grab greed hands and jump to the cliff.

I have no choice but to save him.

As we fell down to the ocean, I let go of greed hands, and my feet turned to a fish tale.

I swim towards him and give him a kiss.

When a mermaid kisses a human, it has the power to erase memory.

After what happened, my fish came back to human feet. I lay greed in the sand, and he was still unconscious.

I touched greed cheek and began to cry.

"I'm sorry. If I do this, you need to forget me, greed." My tears are like pearls.

"I already love you, but we can't be together."

I'm left greed in the sand, and I go back to where I belong.

I open my eyes and my throat; it hurts.

"I'm in the sand. Oh right, those d*mn people want to kill me, tsk."

"But there's something bothering me. Who was that girl who kissed me?"

"Nevermind, maybe just a dream."
