"are you serious?!" bebe shouted, her eyes widening with bewilderment.
the two girls had just met up after first period. y/n thought it would be brilliant to show bebe the little portrait a certain someone made of her.. since it was making her feel some sort of way. some sort of feeling she wasn't quite familiar with.
"there is no way, THE craig tucker did.. THAT!" she exclaimed, shoving her pointer finger into the center of the portrait on the paper.
"careful! you'll ruin it!" y/n whined. without even realizing it she was.. defending a portrait that craig made her..?
"you're so weird.." bebe huffs, rolling her emerald eyes. but she giggles, showing that her tone was only playful. "but you're my weirdo."
"shut up.. you're so corny.." she mumbled, nudging bebes arm. bebe playfully nudged her back, and the two continued to bicker as they made their way to second period, science.
"oh em gosh! i totally forgot to mention!" bebe started. "today is cheer tryouts! pleaseeee come try out with me!" she pleaded with the shorter y/n, cupping her face between her palms.
y/n panicked, her pupils shrinking as she stared into bebes big and excited ones.
"i—i.. i can't possibly do that..! a-are you crazy..?!" she stammered. "have you not met me..? i am nowhere near cheerleader standards.. let alone have the skills for that.. i haven't practiced the cheer or-"
suddenly she was cut off by a rough voice. one that didn't belong to her beloved bebe. both girls slightly turned to the side, where they were met with the one and only kenny mmcormick. the schools playboy. manwhore.
"i would love to see you cheering out there for us sweetheart." he winks, flashing a wide grin. his smile was so cheesy, and you could see the gap within the middle of his sort of messed up teeth. "plus, what makes you think that you aren't worthy? a girl like you could totally pull off a few.. tricks.. and that uniform."
