"I woke up after the sunrays hit me. I opened my eyes to look at my world clinging to me. I pecked her crown of head, and she climbed closer, seeking comfort, I guess. A smile came to my lips automatically as I gazed at her sleeping peacefully like a kid. I don't know when I fell asleep again while looking at her.
"I woke up again, and it was around 11 a.m., I think. When I tried to find her, she was nowhere to be found. Okay, I have to remind her again not to leave me alone on the bed. How could she leave me on the bed? I freshened up and came to the hall, looking for her.
"I stared at my Jaan, who was preparing breakfast. She looked stunning in her pink kurti, her hair in a bun adorned with a beautiful pink rose. She was all mine; I adored her. Until she noticed my gaze, she blushed without meeting my eyes. I know she's shy after what we did.
"I walked towards her and whispered, hugging her from behind, 'Jaan, you look more beautiful today.' She didn't say anything but smiled.
"'Jaan, you're not tired?' I asked with a teasing smile. She blushed again at my words but remained silent.
"'Jaan, you're not talking to me,' I said, making her face me. She nodded without looking at my face.
"'And why is that?' I rumbled.
"'I don't think I was hard enough on you yesterday,' I joked.
"She didn't respond and returned to her work.
"'Did I hurt you? Are you okay? I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable or if you're hurt because of yesterday,' I asked.
"She nodded her head in reassurance without looking at me.
"'Jaan, you're not even looking at me. Did I lose my charm?' I whispered like a baby.
"She nodded her head in denial, and for the first time that morning, she looked at me, making my day.
"'Jaan, I don't know why I'm feeling like a teenager with their first love. You look like a dream to me,' I whispered.
"'I don't know why I'm falling more deeply in love with you,' I whispered against her lips and kissed her softly. I held her by the waist and pulled her closer; she locked her hands around my neck and reciprocated.
