Hridaya's POV I fixed my dupatta and moved out of the lift. I was wearing a burnt orange anarkali suit with peacock jhumki and light orange jutti.

As soon as I came out of the lift our eyes met and it felt as if I had fallen for him all over again. Him, Pratik, had been on my side for the past 5 yrs. I met him in the first year of bsc. Psychology, in aiims jodhpur. He was a third year mbbs student. We fell in love in the following year and now we have been in a relationship for the past 5 yrs. "Maza prem, kaise hai app?" "Hum bilkul thik hu, mhaari sajni aap bataiye hamare bina do din kaise beete" "Kaafi acche beete, mein, moong aur bittu ghumne gaye aur..." he cut me off "Bas meri ma, abbi niche chalte hai mug aur Hritik ke saath central wing me Aadhith or aru bhi aa gaye honge." "Ha chalo jaldi...." I ran off to the stairs leading down.
Mugdha's POV "Badi pyaari lag rahi hai app, mhaaro jaan..." Hritik complimented me as soon as he saw me. I was wearing a purple anarkali, peacock jhumki and a lilac jutti.

"App bhi kuch kam nahi lag rahe, maza praan.." I had met him in the 1st year of pilot training he was my patrol leader. We clicked in the first half a year and went on to become lovers, we got in a relationship 5 yrs ago and now we have continued to fall in love every single time we see each other. "Daya aur bhaisa aa gaye hai, chaliye central wing chalte hai. Waha sab aa gaye hai aap dono ka intezaar kar rahe the."
Author's POV The two couples hand in hand through the royal corridors towards the central wing. The Rajvanshi palace was a huge palace which had three separate wings, the left wing occupied by the younger Rajvanshi clan while the right wing housed the elder Rajvanshi clan. The central wing was for leisure and meetup purposes. No valuables are kept there so it is also a guest house.
Where PraYa and MugTik were on their way to central wing, Archita and Aadhith had reached there just in time.
Aadhith's POV We were on our to the Rajvanshi palace, we had chatted there and planned on getting married but with the condition that neither of us will involve anyone outside the family in our personal matter nor will we poke noses in each others matter. Reason: simple, it was just a marriage of convenience, nothing more than that. We reached home with the comfortable silence in the car, but were met with the chaos as soon as we stepped in. Archita ran up to meet her parents as she was seeing them in person after 5 whole fucking years, I mean I can't live without mine for 5 days but this woman right here was meeting them after 5 years is unimaginable.
Archita's POV The first thing I saw after going in my soon to be sasural were my parents, I had missed them so much so that I was ready to go the pune and bring them with me personally but they came here before that so it's good, heheh. I and Aadhith were sitting with each others family chatting when two aafat ki pudiyas joined us, Hridaya and Mugdha, the three of us together anywhere is a direct invitation to musibat, I just hope that the family won't be affected by it. The sibling group which had Rud, Raj, deep, Sami, Saku and Harshi were already having fun and the parent group had already talked to the purohit ji as apparently they were very sure about mine and Aadhith's agreement. The purohit ji had suggested two dates which were 14th Feb, next year or 23rd december which will be in this month it self. So sensibly all of us had gone for the date next year.
Author's POV After declaring the dates to the couples, padmini ji and Ranjit ji had gone to their rooms in the central wing they had a room in every wing if at all they ever needed it as their health would rarely betray them but prevention is better that prescription, as Pratik says. The elder clan had been discussing about the marriage with full enthusiasm, "Bhabhi ji hum na yahi bacchon ke ghar rehelege hai, aana jana bhi laga rahega aur shadi ki tayariyon mein bhi madat ho jayegi." Smita ji said. "Ha bhabhi ye accha hoga." Madhvi ji and Namita ji agreed. "Arey mei kya bol rahi thi, hum log kal se hi tayariyan shuri karle kya, aise lag nahi raha magar, ye chaar mahine bhi bhot jaldi beet jayenge." Megha ji said. While the mothers went on with their shopping plans the fathers were all excited to see the cricket finals live as their elder ones had bought them each a ticket, the mothers were asked. "Arey bhai-Saab aap dekhiyega is baar toh India hi jeetega pichle saal ki tarah." Tej ji said. "Arey is baat pe koi doubt hi nahi hai." Sarada ji said. "Aur nahi toh kya" all the other fathers agreed. While this civilised conversation was continuing, Hridaya and Archita had fallen into a fight and as usual the boys were busy munching while mugdha tried cooling both her dumb besties. "Bittu, meri baat maanle, hum sangeet aur sagai dono Disney princess themed rakhenge." Hridaya argued. "Dekh nirdayi, hum engagement disney wali rakhte hai aur sangeet gothic style karte hai dono ki pasand ka ho jayega." Archita objected calming down a bit after realising the spectators they had. "Naahi, asa nahi chalnar. Mala doghe Disney wale pahije." "Aga, Hridaya bagh na bittu ni khup chan suchavle, ek function tujh avdiche, teche ek anni majh ek. Teeghanch pasand mahatvache aahes na." (No, this wont work. I want both the function disney themed. Oo Hridaya, see what bittu suggested is perfect. We can have one function's theme of your liking one for Archita's liking and one according to my liking, afterall it's our wedding all of ours preferences are important.) "Ok, works for me." Hridaya said understanding as if Archita had not been screaming the same for the past ten minutes. "Yedi, teko mai jab boli tab samjh nahi aaya, moong ke ek baar bolne par samajh aa gaya, wahh kya dosti hai re teri." Archita said, mocking anger. And they began again. "Amm, mugdha ye dono aise hi hai kya all time jhagda." all three brothers asked. "Yes Rajvanshis, ye dono aise hi hai. Aap dono ne khud iske liye signup kiya hai, ab piche nahi hatt sakte." She said the last words pointing at Aadhith and Pratik. This went on for a while before they were all summoned for dinner. ________________________________________________________________________
