Sun casting a soft glow over the hospital. The bunch of wishpers, laughs echoed through out the hall. Interns are gathered in hall way waiting for their next progress of upcoming new ways.

Ayisha, Sanaya, Afaan stood near hall way waiting for Zayan. They are talking among themselves. After sometime time Abdul, Zey and Saiha came to near hall way having a beautiful smile seeing their hearts except Saiha.

Her happiness is missing within her. After witnessing his talks she misunderstood Zayan completely and began to ignore him whenever he takes a step ahead.

"Assalamualaikum" they greeted to their senior doctors.

Saiha nervously smiled looking at Ayisha after knowing she is Zayan girlfriend not knowing she is his 'fake girlfriend'. Ayisha noticed strange behaviour but shrugged it off and smiled broadly looking at Abdul.

Sananya smirked flipping her hairs looking at Zey, meanwhile he just rolled his eyes which makes her huff out of neglect towards her with a small pout. He simply shook his head at her cute acts smiling internally.

"Hello Sir" Zayan said walking towards them.

Abdul, Zey simply curt a nod at him before kept his sight on which makes theirs hearts melts.

"Hello Saiha" he hoped her to look back at him but only found she give a nod at him without looking at him. He felt a pang in his heart not understanding her point of view related to him. What is the matter behind her ignored behaviour? Why is suddenly she is behaving like this? But he maintained his composer hiding his restless to talk to her. He mentally declared that today he makes her reveal the reason of being sadness of her and that to because of him and behaving with him. He can't tolerate her irrespective neglect towards him.

Sanaya glares at Zey throwing daggers at his sight silently showing her madness with him because of his uninterest manner. How can he leave it seen of her msg?? But poor girl not knowing his motive behind asking a photo she herself make embarrassed infront of him.

Abdul silently watched ayisha every move and reflect her actions at her but soon his mind switched on a particular task which is about to ask her but due her flirtness yesterday he forgot to ask her.

"Ayisha can you send your perfect photo for your ID card" he politely said revealing reliable thoughts about her. Not wanting make her misunderstood him or make her uncomfortable.

"Sure sir" she smiled reassuring him not to think to much for this small topic.

A sudden realisation splashed at Sanaya. Her eyes widened in shock, her eyes snapped at Zey who is staring at her knowing her inner thoughts. She nervously smiled at him showing her innocence. But her acts doesn't effect his composer. He thought to tease her more not wanting to miss a chance.

"Ayisha aap ko maloom hay ke jab maine apne intern ki tasver mangi to us larki ne chamach se pose de kr tasver bhej di"" Zey said looking at Sanaya. His voice dipping with sarcasm taunting at her to taking such foolish act.

[ Ayisha, do you know, when I asked for a picture of my intern, that girl sent a picture posing with a spoon ]

Sanaya gulped avoiding eye contact with Zey.

"WHATTT!!" Ayisha and Afaan exclaimed staring at him in disbelief. Zayan completely lost in Saiha but she side eyed him completely lost in his movements without giving attention to the scene playing infront of her.

"Yess it's true" he said controlling his about to happen 'roll eyes'

"It's so funny yaar" Afaan said laughing at that girl who is mentioned infront of them.
