Her Other Side : Mikha to Aiah

HOS chap 1 : First Day Of School

Mikha's POV

I have finally arrived at Philippines after two years, gosh I miss this place. I can't count how much good, special, wonderful times and memories that I have made in this country. Since living New York was quite boring than I thought it would be, sucks for me I guess.

But on the bright side, I could finally meet my childhood friend who's waiting for me outside the airport. And she is, Colet.

When my family and me were now walking towards the exit to the airport, I then saw Colet slightly waving at me with a genuine smile, as I slowly smiled back at her with a small wave also.

When we arrived outside, Colet then gave me a small hug and then blessed to my parents also. While my parents then started to put all our luggage inside our car.

"Sup man, welcome back" Says Colet with her usual cool tone.

"I miss this place so much, it's nice to see you again Colet" I then offered her a high five while she does so as well.

"Bat' hindi nandito si Maloi with you?" I asked.

"Err, she's on a date with her new BF..." She replied with a hint of disappointment and lost on her voice.

"Oh... I-I'm sorry to-"

"No need, she needs someone by her side... always..." She cuts off of what I was about to say, even though she was the one who always by her side.

"Colet..."

After that, we then went to a restaurant to get lunch after the long flight. Colet also came with us since my parents and siblings are already used to Colet hanging around me and my family. Everyone on the table chatted happily while I was already done with my food and I'm now playing a game on my phone. Colet always finds ways to make my family laugh at her jokes, she becomes a funny person when it comes to my family who she's talking to.

"Mikha, we already have a school ready for you to enroll. And don't worry, you can use my other sports bike for transportation since the school is just 30 minutes away from your condo." Says father.

"Thanks dad" I simply said with a slight smile before continuing my game.

I had to live in a condo since my family's house is quite far away from school, but that means I have to eat fastfood everyday since I don't know how to cook a fine meal for myself. I always rely on mom to do so, now I have to endure this again. But at least I know how to take care of myself.

Two days before school starts, I almost got everything ready. Now I just have to put all my stuffs in my condo with the help of dad.

The day before the opening of the school.

I was on my way to Eleven Seven to buy school supplies that I forgot to buy just a long while ago. Once I finally bought the important things for tomorrow, I decided to stop by on a cafe for a healing time with myself.

Once I got inside the Cafe, the smell of coffee calmed my nerves down as I went to the counter to order.

I then told them my order and name, then paying for it in advance.

"So... Mikha right? We'll call your name once your order is done." The barista said.

I nodded as a reply, then looked around for a table for myself. I then found an empty table near the glass window to the cafe, which was perfect because I love looking outside while drinking my coffee.

Just when I was about to walk into the table, someone also walked towards it. I don't know what got into me but rushed towards it for no reason.

"Ahh, were you about to sit here?" The girl asked me politely.
