Daily Routine (11 days) from 3rd October

●Morning Routine (7:30 AM - 9:30 AM)

7:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Wake up, freshen up, exercise, mediation, yoga, warm lemon water, breakfast 

●Study Session (9:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Take a test (3 hours)

Lunch Break (12:30 PM - 1:00 PM)

GK Session (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)

Test Analysis (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

●Exercise Break (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM) 

☆☆GET THEM DOPAMINE FOR FOCUS AND HAPPINESS☆☆

●Test Analysis/Review old tests (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM)

●GK Session (7:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

♡♡Sleep (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)♡♡

•Rest and recharge (8.5 hours), a tired soldier never wins so rest is superpower! Muah 

Remember:

1. No phone,check only 3 times in whole day. Phone only for study and exercise

2. Trust yourself, thats it!

3. Write poems when stressed! Let it out~~~

-- This challenge is easier than my daily routine, except I will try my best to focus to converge all my energy to one goal. So, breaks curated accordingly. I am posting here for accountability.
