So here is the first chapter of Spooktober. Thanks to Eccentric_Grace, who made this awesome list.

Description of this oneshot:
Peter accidently agrees to spend Halloween at the tower. How is he gonna tell his aunt? Or how is he going to tell Tony he wants to have a raincheck?

TW: guilt and lack of self-worth (I do not know if this has to be a tw, but the way Peter feels at some point is something I sometimes struggle with).

Thursday Oktober 24th

"Hey kid," Peter looked up from the webshooter he was working on to look at Tony.

"Do you want to spend Thursday next week here, at the tower? Most of the team will be here. If you want, I can inform your aunt so you can stay the night. And I can bring you to school on Friday."

Peter didn't even think twice before nodding enthusiastically. Usually, the team was only complete during special occasions, so he was not going to let a chance like that pass by.

"Great, I'll let your aunt know that you'll be staying here next week."

Friday 25th, at school (the next dat)

Peter closed his locker to be greeted with the face of his best friend. After their fistbumb, they started walking to their shared lesson.

"So," Ned started, "any interesting plans on Thursday?"

"I am going to the tower. Why specifically Thursday? Did I forget something?"

"Dude!" Ned exclaimed kind of loudly while dramatically freezing in the hallway and slamming his hand on Peters arm, "Next Thursday is the 31th of October, how could you forget?"

Peter froze. "Wait, Halloween is next Thursday already?!" He must have completely forgotten the time. Between the start of the schoolyear, his duties as Spiderman, and spending time with aunt May and Tony, he probably lost track of time again. It feels like he was just halfway through September.

"Yes, that is what I just told you", Ned said, grabbing the arm of his best friend to drag him to the lesson. Peter was just staring into space.

"Oh no, I planned something on Halloween. I always spend Halloween with aunt May. We always try to bake something and watch Scooby-Doo or something. Oh no..." Peter started mumbling to himself.

"What is up with that Loser?" MJ asked Ned, as she arrived at the door of the classroom at the same time as Ned and Peter did, in her hand, a copy of 'Tales of Mystery and Imagination' by Edgar Allan Poe.

"He just realised he lost track of the days, and now he planned something on a day he and his aunt usually spend together." Ned answered as the trio entered the classroom.

Peter could not find himself able to focus on any of his classes that day. All he could think of was how he was a terrible nephew and how he had to find a way to either apologise to his aunt for not spending Halloween together or, for a way to tell Tony he can not make it. And both options are horrible, because both options include disappointing an adult that is very important to him.

After school, Peter went home to the apartment he shared with his aunt. He promised his aunt he would always go home after school, to make sure he wouldn't lose any more backpacks.
