24th July 2024 MALLIKA MALHOTRA. The Founder and CEO of the "Eraya & Co" is turning 24 today . It's 4 am in the morning and she still couldn't puy herself to sleep .
"Let's workout " She mumbled to herself.
The next moment she was in her fully equipped, personal training space, in her fitness gear all set to break a sweat . As for Mallika she doesn't appreciate revealing clothes on HERSELF, cause she doesn't feel comfortable in them . (she is not the judgemental one y'all)
She began with a subtle warmup , continued with a solid Leg Workout with weights and did some strong kickboxing as the finisher. She enjoys the feeling she gets after a kickass workout .

After a solid 90 minutes training session, she did some cool down streches, wished her trainer a nice day and got back to her room and hopped under the shower right awayyy!!
Since it's the birthday shower 1) She poured some raw milk along some rose petals on her body 2) She rubbed the mixture on her body 3) Then she cascaded some mixture of rosewater infused with floral essence. Then she went on with her daily shower and morning routine and came out in her bathrobe .
The birthday glow was visible on her face making her look like a happy storm wrapped in sunshine🌞 !!
As soon as she came out from bathroom ,she started getting ready . Hindu spiritual music playing in background . It was a daily routine for her to do it .
She wore an orange suit ,which complemented her fair skin tone ✨️
