To many, popularity looks easy, everyone knows you, loves you and you have absolutely no problem at fitting in.
Right?
Well... No.
It isn't like that. Everyone knows you, so everything you do is noticed and criticized. No one really loves you, they just approach you for your status. You have to fake to be someone you're not so people will like you, and that doesn't always work.
And on top of that, Mia Gonzalez has to add the responsibility of being a part of the Popularity Alliance.
Four girls and four guys from the four main high schools in the area meet secretly every Saturday afternoon at Bridget's Café. They are the most influential teens in the city.
In their meetings, they discuss the topics that are worrying the city's teenagers and take action, tricking them into the solutions they decide.
This sure isn't easy, especially with the rivalry between two of the schools.
Until now, Mia has handled everything pretty well. But she's in her senior year now, and things will be harder to juggle from now on...
And Mia's life will change drastically, thanks to a makeover and a big reveal.
