He was gone.
Just when I had him cornered
Ready to strike him down with my fist, he chose to flee
As if he had never witnessed my power before.
It felt all too familiar, like the moments back at the Battle City tournament.

But now, everything was different.
The air was thick with tension
And the stakes had never been higher.

"I guess it really did work," Yuza

I said quietly, de-transforming back to my original self
My gaze fixed on the tall doors that led away from the chaos.

"You there!"

A voice boomed.

"Huh?" Yuza

I turned around
Startled by the sudden shout.

"What were you thinking? Did you truly believe you could just jump into that fight? Do you understand the consequences of your actions?" Shadi

He questioned
His expression was serious and demanding.

"No..." Yuza

I replied, taken aback.

"You shouldn't have engaged in battle, Yuza," Priest Seto

He interjected, his tone firm.

"I told you to stay back. You've disregarded the rules of our sacred grounds." Priest Seto

"It's not what you think at all." Yuza

"You should have listened to what you were told. I can't believe you would act so recklessly. This is a grave disrespect to our sacred duty." Priest Seto

He admonished
His eyes narrowed with disappointment.

"Again, it's not what you think.
I wasn't breaking any rules.
I was just stopping Bakura by fighting him. There were reasons I had to act in," Yuza

I insisted by telling

"I think it's fine." Atem

"But, Pharaoh, this girl has been a menace to us. Why must she be here?" Shadi

He asked, clearly concerned.

"She's a friend of mine, and I believe she should stay. In fact, I'll introduce her to all of you," Atem

He said.
He replied, his voice firm.

"You better be right about this," Priest Seto

He warned, his expression serious.

"I'll listen to what you have to say, Pharaoh," Isis

She said, intrigued.

"She just defeated Bakura. As long as she's on our side, she can be a valuable ally," Mahad

He added in support.

"I don't think she poses any threat to us. It'll be fine; she's on our side," Mahad

He said all of that
I looked over to him and smile

"I promise I'll do my best for all of you. Please, let me help—I can be a valuable ally and assist with anything you need," Yuza

I kneel and bow to everyone
Fully aware of the sacredness and respect that fills this place.
I feel the need to express my honor and gratitude,
Even  if I'm still learning the roles that govern this world.

"Thank you, Yuza. Your respect and willingness to help are truly appreciated.
We welcome you into our ranks, and I assure you, you'll find your place among us." Atem

"Yeah.. I'm grateful for you all to have me to join your team. I'll help in anyway" Yuza

"Please, rest assured. You'll be just fine.
I'm truly grateful that you came all this way, especially knowing the trouble we face"
Atem

He said, his voice warm and reassuring.

"If it weren't for you, we might not be standing here. Your courage has already proven invaluable. If the pharaoh is grateful for your presence, then so am I," Isis

"As brave as you were to join the fight,
You scared off Bakura and his vile beast.
My respect for you has only grown. You have my full support," Karim

"Indeed. I am grateful for your bravery in saving us and offering your protection," Mahad

"Yes.. we shall give our deference to you Yuza" Isis

She added, her tone genuine and supportive.

Wow, this is all so nice.
It's heartwarming to see how people from ancient times can be so kind and supportive.
I never expected this—
I've always thought they would be strict due to their royal responsibilities and loyalty to their rulers in protecting their lands.
And also having respect and much more than to just having power
It gives in to take in a lot of responsibilities to respect and care what you have

I guess there's so much more to discover about their personalities and relationships,
Revealing different layers that make them interesting.
It really highlights how every time period has its own unique dynamics and nuances.
There's a vast universe waiting to be explored.
I need to break free from my earthly confines and embark on a journey to uncover the mysteries that lie just beyond the bubble on the horizon
Like a varsity athlete ready to discover new territories.
