The world ended with a sigh, not a bang.
One moment, the familiar cerulean expanse of the ocean kissed the sky
The clouds drifting off like a lazy sheep.
The next, it was all collapsing inward in a slow agonizing implosion.
The reign, whatever it was, began a new grim echo of forgotten times.
A cycle, relentless and cruel
A chain forged in repetition.

Landscapes clawed their way from the earth with jagged and unfamiliarity
The sky once a comforting canopy...
It now fell heavy in ominous sheets.
Oceans we're once vast and powerful
It sank into gaping chasms into their depths swallowed by the earth.
Clouds are no longer soft and gentle
They plummeted like stones.
The sun, a distant, wavering ember, threatened to extinguish.
The very waters had very low lifeblood of the world with abandoned in their ancient homes
Retreating into unseen fissures.
A chilling hail, not of ice, but of something far more sinister had erupted from the earth's core.
A name, a word, whispered on the wind

A promise of torment.... it was hell
It happened with a terrifying swiftness with a sudden violent fracture.
The world, as I knew it would shattered
It's pieces falling into an abyssal realm in a place of Dark Shadow Games.
A new round of danger was unseen and unknown, lated before me.
And I, somehow, was to fix it.

But where was I?
Or, more accurately, when was I?
I was lost, drifted in a reality that defied logic.
A strange update, a glitch in the system had become a catastrophic shift
Trapping me in a world that was not my own.
Time itself had become fluid, boundless, yet I was confined, lost in a labyrinth with no exit.

Why me? Why was I always the one thrown into these nightmarish dimensions...?
Forced to battle demons, parasites, and hunters?
I loathed it all.
Now, I wandered in the dark worlds
In the places where realities went to sleep,
Where the shadows are held in dominion.
Lost in time....
Lost in space...
Then, a flicker of recognition with a jarring jolted in edges of understanding flow by
The air, thick with sand and the scent of ancient spices.
The towering silhouettes of pyramids, etched against a sky painted in hues of ochre and gold.
The endless dunes, stretching to the horizon like a sea of sand.
The echoes of pharaohs and mummies..
A ghostly whisper in the wind....

Egypt.
Ancient Egypt....

The place I and my friends had once planned to visit
In a distant memory now a tangible, terrifying reality.
People, clad in strange, archaic garments, crossed paths in the bustling markets
Their voices are a cacophony of unfamiliar tongues. The world was alien, a stark contrast to the life I knew...
Once again...

I was lost, adrift in a sea of endless possibilities
A world from which I might never return.
My car, my apartment, the familiar comforts of my life, were gone, replaced by sand and stone
By the same specter of a bygone era.
Trapped in Ancient Egypt, a place impossibly distant in time, lost in an endless, in a timeless world.
This place was a realm beyond time and space
Where it had escape to seemed into an impossible dream.
I was trapped, adrift in a labyrinth with no exit..
No clue as to no where I was or how to return.

I was lost..
Really having nowhere to go...
Here I was.... truly a goner..
I would never come back to reality
To the way, how things were
Where everything was so beautiful and so bright to where I get to be with my beloved Seto Kaiba and his little brother Mokuba

And now.. the reality of this new chapter begins..
The world has truly lost it..
Finding it's way to a realm where I shouldn't be apart of..

Where I might end up to never return
