I sat down as they brought the man out, chaining him to the table as he trembled in front of me

"Don't worry, I can't beat you up again under police surveillance," I smiled as he gulped, "I just have a few questions for you," I told him and he nodded

His name is Clark
He's the one that tried to steal Kaia

"Who are the people that are after Kaia?" I asked him, "Kaia- oh that no name..." he stopped when I lifted my hand

"Want your brain to explode? It's just extra paperwork for me," I smiled and he shook his head

"Her parents were members of the gang, they grew up in it. Her mother's name was Lee, her father Han, they were my friends," he told me

"They wanted an out when Lee got pregnant but they had debt so they ran. They were good for 8 months, then when she gave birth and a nurse took Kaia to get her tests, an assassin killed them," he told me and I sighed

"And why were you trying to steal her now?" I asked, "they wanted her. They knew I was friends with Lee and Han, so I always knew where Kaia was-" "what did they want her for?"

"Sex trafficking," he whispered, as I closed my eyes, trying to calm from, "a 3 year old? A baby? Are you insane-" "they threatened my family! It was one life for the other!"

I got up and walked to the door, "who's your mom?" He asked making me freeze and turn around

"M/N," I turned to him and he chuckled, "M/N, that crazy bitch," he laughed to himself, "she knows more about that gang than you think. I heard she hired some people to beat up a rich woman and she had to flee," he told me exactly what happened the day before Dad's wedding and I walked out

I walked up to UA walked find the hall to his classroom, "Dad-" "VOCAL SEDCTRESS?!!!" The students screamed and I smiled and waved at them

"Can I talk to you Eraser Head?" I asked and he nodded, both of us walking out of the classroom

"So," I briefed him on everything I was just told and was stunned

"Oh Christ I should have switched schools when I met her," he put his hands over his eyes as I sighed

"I'm wondering if she'll use the gang to try and get her. Dad I will murder everyone-" "you think I won't? I don't want anything to happen to Kaia, but we have to take it in steps," he told me as I sighed

"But Y/N, I need you to understand that you might have to kill your mother," he said to me, "I'm ready," I whispered

I'd do anything for Kaia

"I love you to much," Shoto said kissing me as I sat on his lap in his office. "How much?" I smiled, "infinity," he whispered making me laugh as I kissed him back

A knock came at the door, making us pull back, "come in," he spoke as he kissed my shoulder

"Mommy! Daddy!" Kaia came running in, "my baby," I got up and picked her up, kissing her face repeatedly

"Hi my sweet girl," Shoto came and kissed her head as I turned to my guards, "thank you," I hugged them with my other arm

"No problem princess," Trev pat my head before him and Mark headed out

"How was school?" I asked, fixing her little uniform, "it was fun, we were learning how to spell our names," she told me as I sat back in Shoto's lap

"And how did you do?" Shoto asked, "I got first in the class! And I got a lollipop that I was gonna bring for you mommy- but I got hungry in the car," she pouted making us laugh
