Between sun and storm

The night came to an end and the sun started to rise, the cold morning breeze and chirping of birds welcome the new morning. Lila started her new day unaware that the man next door has wake up and trying to understand what the hell happened and how is he alive?

Dante regained his consciousness, his entire body wracked with pain like a mountain collapse on him. He can't even move cause it will stimulate the pain while thinking he suddenly feel movement on the other side of door" what am I doing here and why did she save me? May be she have alternative moves" he said his heavy voice fill with discomfort. He attempt to sit up with the help of his unaffected arm for support.

Lila had prepared chicken soup, serve it "If he wakes up, then this delicious bowl will be his. But if not, then I'll be the owner of it" she said mischievously with slightly tilting the corner of her lip.

She walk toward the guest room and open the door startling Dante in process he immediately become alert and look directly in her eyes. The dark looking not something easy to ignore.

"It feels like if I dare to move another step he will bury her six feet down the earth" she thought nervously.

She waves her hand a said "Hi! How are you feeling? Are you in pain? why are you moving here and there? Just stay still otherwise your stitches will get opened! you know how hard it is to save you but I, the great Lila is able to do it on my own" she rambled on, speaking continuously, while Dante stared at her with a mixture of amusement and confusion. His eyes had softened, though his mind was still racing "why is she talking so freely to a stranger and who give a stranger place to stay in there own house such a insane person she is" he thought while half lying.

She started to walk toward him and sat on the stool across from the bed then move the serving towards him but he just look at her strangely " I know you are not deaf or dumb then don't act like one, say something" she said out loud in slight frustrated tone.

For few seconds he just can't figure out what to say then he said "Who are you and why did you save me" in firm words.

Her smile faltered, she gulp then move the serving away from him and said " Oh! My bad let me introduce my self I am Lila panther, a physiotherapist. Don't worry I will give you free treatment if you want I'm guessing by your attair though it's not in good condition but with that material it's a expensive one that's for sure so you have enough money to hire one because someone is after your life and it all happened due to one reason so called money" she exclaimed and remember the threat from last light her mood darkened something that didn't go  unnoticed by Dante.

She quickly became serious " What is your name? who are you? why are you in this state? listen I don't call police and take you hospital because because your life was in danger, but don’t take me for a fool. My friend who came last night knew about you, so don't try anything smart if you do anything to me he will get you to your end" said in firm tone while rubbing her fingers on her opposite hand. Dante know that gesture fully he smirks and through "She’s trying to act tough, threatening me?"

He take a deep breath and sit with while Lila place pillow behind him and said "My name shouldn't matter to you and who I'm is better if you don't know. As for why I’m like this... let’s just say some people are after me because of my position, and that’s how I ended up here," He said as if he is frustrated but he is not she is a sweet girl and he doesn't want to get involve with her, her life is precious so better stay away from him.

If only he is not in that much pain he will get up and left right now but he can't even move without help 3 days of suffering with out any water and food his graze then turn toward the soup he suddenly feel hungry.

Noticing his graze Lila move bowl towards him and he immediately look toward her but she smiles slightly " you have to eat if you don't want to introduce your self then it's fine so just recover quickly and be on you own way"

Dante can't hold the bowl seeing this Lila sighed And move the spoon towards his lips he look at her as they are only strangers and she care he can see that, not about him but about his health, his life may be he open his mouth " Mars will be here when he have time in evening to check on you, by the way he is the doctor who treat you last night" she said while feeding him " hmm" he hummed in acknowledgement.

With this she can tell he is man of few word she is the one chattering, can't help it's her habit to talk because she have to, to her patients.

She who consider him as her patients, he who doesn't know why she care about him and save him but she did and he is thank full about it but can't express.
