The sun dipped low in the sky, casting a warm golden hue over the bustling city. The air was filled with the sounds of laughter and chatter as people made their way home from work. In the heart of it all stood a charming little park, where the scent of blooming flowers mingled with the distant aroma of street food. Ishita, often came to unwind after long shifts at the hospital.

But today she was here with her best friend Radhika whom she have met after a long time.

" Kya yrr , itne dino bad mile hain fir bhi muh fulake baith gayi ho " Radhika said with a annoying voice.

(What yrr , we are meeting after a long time and you are sitting here while making faces .)

"Han toh itne dino bad milne k liye mene thodina kaha tha " Ishita retorted back.

(It's not like I have asked you to meet after this much long time)

" Ok ok leave it , how are you feeling today you said you were sick ? " Radhika asked with concern .

" I am fine but tell me when are you coming back to work . I am feeling so bored you know ." Ishita complained like a child while hugging her .

"Aww my baby missed me . Don't worry my leave was extended but I will talk to everyone today and maybe from tomorrow I will be at work ." She said while patting her  head .

" REALLY" Ishita shouted grabbing everyone attention and standing up from her grip .

" Are you mad ? " Radhika said while pulling her towards the ground where they were sitting.

" You don't know how much alone I was. You don't even call me often nor meet me and also don't come to work . You have forgotten me after getting a husband. " She said while rolling her eyes while Radhika just laughed looking at her complaining.

" So let me give you a Ice cream treat then?"
Radha pulled her towards the ice cream stall .

Later that night at home everyone was settled in the dining table waiting for food to be served.

" Please bring the food fast. I am hungry," Daksh said whereas everyone was also waiting for the food.

Soon all the food was served and everyone started digging in . Radhika on the other hand was fidgeting with her hands which was noticed by everyone.

"Why are you not eating ? " Atharv said making everyone look at her .

"I ..am eating " Radhika stuttered a bit .

"Should I just tell them I am going to my work from tomorrow will they act like my parents and say" girls of our family don't work" but mummy and choti ma also work maybe they won't say like that " Radhika thought to herself and looked up only to find atharv looking at her .

"What happened?" He asked in a whisper not wanting to grab other attention while she just shook her head as a no.

After thinking for some time she again looked at all of them before speaking, " I want to tell something." making everyone shift their attention towards her.

"Yes beta say " her father-in-law said with a smile.

" I took leave from my work for the wedding and the leave ends tomorrow so I was wondering if I could go to work tomorrow. " She said with a nervous voice .

The atmosphere around became silent for a moment before Daksh  started laughing making Radhika frown .

" Why are you laughing? Did I crack a joke?" She said with a frown but Daksh laughed more loudly while everyone just shake their head as it was a daily dose of drama for them.
