Kirishima and Kaminari were in the middle of a fight with a well-known group of villains, The Dogs, when one of the villain's quirks hit Kaminari, causing him to immediately go limp and fall to the ground.
"Kam- Chargebolt!" Kirishima exclaimed, dropping to his knees and picking up the passed out Kaminari, holding him close to his chest to protect him. "Dynamight!" He called.
Bakugo turned his head and noticed Kirishima on the ground with Kaminari and his eyes widened. He dropped everything he was doing to tend to his best friends. Without saying a word, Bakugo nodded at Kirishima, silently asking permission to take Kaminari from him. Kirishima passed him over, knowing Bakugo would be faster than him, and Bakugo took him, immediately blasting off over to the rest of the crowd to reach the paramedics.
"Take him to the hospital. Get him taken care of. Right. Now. I will not tell you twice," Bakugo commanded. The paramedic nodded and took Kaminari from him.
Bakugo went back to the worried Kirishima.
"Dynamight! Is he okay?" Kirishima asked anxiously as soon as he noticed Bakugo.
"Yeah. He'll be okay." Bakugo attempted a smile, but it appeared to be more of a scowl than a smile. He hoped it calmed Kirishima's nerves anyway. Although Bakugo had such a fiery exterior, all he really wanted was for his best friends to be happy and healthy. So, even though he had no idea what would happen, whether or not Kaminari would actually be okay, he still tried his best to give Kirishima at least a little hope.
