The story starts with a girl standing near a beach. It was almost evening, and a cold breeze touched her face. She was standing and just observing the waves. Just as she was doing so, someone back-hugged her. She was taken aback for a second. She placed her hands on his hands. He leaned towards her ear and spoke, "I love you, Sam. I love you very much." Saying this, he started kissing her neck. She shivered and just clenched his hand. As this was going on, someone spilled water on her face.
"What the hell?" said the girl, getting up. As she opened her eyes, she realized it was all a dream and that she was just sleeping in her room.
"Samriddhi, beta, wake up! Don't you have to go to the office?" said a lady with a smile.
"Aunty!" said Samriddhi, shouting.
"What, Aunty? Just get up and get ready; you have to go to the office," said Samriddhi as she left the room.
Samriddhi, who was still sitting on her bed, closed her eyes and caught a glimpse of her dream. She opened her eyes and blushed; she touched her face gently, heat oozing out of her cheeks as she looked at herself in the mirror. Her face was totally red.
"Who was that guy in my dream, and why did I have that dream? This is because, Samriddhi, you are reading too many fiction stories. Now wake up to reality, as you need to go to the office," said Samriddhi with a disappointed expression as she went to the washroom to freshen up.
After a few minutes, she got ready, came downstairs for breakfast, and sat at the dining table.
"Aunty, where is Papa?" asked Samriddhi, having a bite of food.
"Vikas has gone to the office, Sam. Now you should also go; you are already late. And you remember, at night you need to go to an award function," said Aunty, serving her juice.
"Of course, Aunty! How can I forget it? Now I am going. If I get late, Papa isn't going to leave me. Bye!" said Samriddhi, leaving.
"But at least complete your breakfast!" Aunty shouted from the back, but Samriddhi had already left.
"What will this girl do?" said Aunty, hitting her face with her palm.
Whereas Samriddhi went into the office and took her respective seat,
"Madam, late again? Being the COO of the company, you are supposed to be on time," said a man in a taunting way.
"Aman, stop taunting me! You are my friend, and you know me well. What can I do? It's a mistake if my alarm didn't go off. I was going to wake up on time," said Samriddhi with a cute face.
"Nothing can be done about that, Sam. Now focus on the work and have a great day," said Aman with a smile and left.
While Samriddhi started focusing on her work and did her work with full interest.
It was evening, and Samriddhi had a very heavy day today. She completed her work and went home. As she entered the house, she found her aunt dressed beautifully.
