The Party Weekend (Haunted)

Chapter 6

We all went inside and when we were all in the same room, began chatting about what all had been happening.Josh somehow found it pretty amusing and that irritated me, alot.

"What if there is actually a ghost ...or a spirit around ?"Selena said and we all rolled our eyes.

"There are no ghosts, here or anywhere."Sean said aloud.

"Then who hit you in the morning, huh?"

"He was kinda drunk, so he might have bumped into a wall".

He had never told us that.How did Melissa know?

"Yeah I was.But I was conscious enough to know what was happening around me."

Alotn"If a ghost exists, I would beat it black n blue."Katy says sarcastically.

"Yeah, as if"Mel says.

We change the topic of conversation and start collecting stuff for tonight's party.
At night

Dressed in my shorts and a red top, I look at myself in the mirror.Suddenly, Melissa comes from nowhere, stands behind me and I can see something in her hand...A Knife.

A Knife she is moving towards my neck.

I screamed at the top of my voice and turned around...just to find myself alone in room.

"What happened?"Mel comes inside and on seeing her, I take a few steps back.

"Hey,what's going on?I heard your scream and came up to find out if something was wrong.Why are you so scared?"

"Uh, nothing.I just thought I saw...a rat."

She left the room and I was still in shock.

Was I daydreaming ?

I was sure I saw her .how did she disappear and what just happened?

Confused, I went downstairs.
