8. A Hero's Fellwell

--Igginus--

The town start to be destroyed before our eyes. I felt something inside me. This triggered something inside me. "Thats it. No more!" I ripped off the tux & was now in my battle clothes. I raced & kicked a hole in the gut of a Baewolf. I then fire-teleport to the dorm & grabed everyone's gear.  Teleported back, Gave them their equipment, then dashed off to fight. i killed Grimm after Grimm, then White fang. It was confussing but so far no scratches or bullet wounds. Everyone else started to attack now. Team JNPR came too. But the Grimm kept coming. "We need them get them away from the city." I said. "Right." everyone said. It took a while but we managed to lure them to the deeps of Grimm Forest. After thirty minutes of fighting, Cider, Mercury, & Emerald came out. Still hundreds of grimm. A car came from no where & crashed into a an ursa. Then two people jumped out. "You didn't think we'd be gone for ever, did ya." it was Sun, & Neptune. I stopped & looked at Cider. She pulled Out two swords & I pulled out mine. We charged. Our blades collided. every hit, sparks flew. Yang was taking on Mercury, & Em was taking Emerald. "hmmm. All this fighting making you tired?" Cider said. "No its..NOT!" I said kicking her into the air. I jumped & headbutted her in back. "ahg." She lands. "Your hard headed, aren't you.?" i charged at her again. I started to take control, as i knocked her blades away & using a flaming back flip kick to send her into the air. I jumped up using fire to fly back & forth, hitting her every time, then finally kicked her to the ground. I landed next to her. " Now, surrender." "hm, no thank you." Then her swords appeared in her hands & stabbed me. "AAHHH!" I fell over. "IGGINUS!!!" was the last thing I heard.

--Emerald--

I had already defeated Emerald & Yang did Mercury. & now we see someone we care about get two swords stuck through him.

 IGGINUS!!!" we both said as we both lunged at Cider. We were hiting her at the exact same time. We could tell her aura had faded because she started to bleed. but we didn't stop. We kept at it. we didn't kill her. we just beat her near to death. Everyone else was still fighting Grimm. We ran To our partner. "Igginus, please. don't die." He started to get hot, really hot.

--Igginus--

I seen something. A woman in a cloke like Ruby's. "You're not done yet. they need you."said the woman "Wait. Are you her mother?" 

"yes. but you've got business. Now you what must be done."

"Igginus, please. don't die."

My eyes opened, as I rosed up, fire around me. Then it faded. "Em." i said before kissing her, deeply. "Yang, get everone out of here. Emerald. i need you to go."

"W-what no. i wont go."

"well if you insist." I kissed her. And as i did I used my fire-teleport, & teleported everyone to the Cliff, a couple of miles back. As i released the kiss. i noticed Rin & Nora tying up Cider's group. I walked to the edge of the cliff. "This has been great. I got to meet a whole bunch of nice people that I call friends. You all have put a place in my heart. i was hoping I would never have to use this technique, but there's no other way. Those Grimm are more aggressive then the original. I must do this. For you guys."

"Wait what are you saying iggs." Ruby starting to tear up.

"Ruby. don't cry. I seen your mother. And she said I had to do this. Ya know, Ruby. I liked you alot before Emerald showed up. But now you've been like a sister to me. & I thank you." Ilooked over to Yang. "Yang take care of her & Emerald, alright." She nodded & started crying, "I will. But you better be back." I nodded & walked to Emerald, giving her One last kiss. "Remember." I said, as i touched the red crystal on the cross around her neck. It glowed. "I will be back." I walked over to the edge . "Goodbye my friends." Then i vanished in fire. "Igginus!!!!!" EVERYONE SHOUTED. (DBZ quote, hehe)

I appeared in the middle of the group of grimm. "I wont let you hurt my friends. Even if it takes me with them" fire surged, haywirely. "I do this for my friends, my family, & for you, Emerald Herondale." 

"DIE! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

a GIGANTIC fiery explosion came from me. Killing all the creatures near. And I, yoo, slowly was consumed by it aswell.

--Emerald--

I walked down there after the fire was gone. I seen Igginus Blitz, stading in the middle of the crater. "Igginus?"

"Emerald i'll always be here for you remember." smoke started to come off him.

"Igginus what's happening.?"

"I'm fading. Fading into ash."

"No. Please. Don't die."

"I wont be dead, but I will be near. Always with you." We kiss for the last time. He turned to ashes & flew around me. Then they flew to the cross he gave me, & faded into it. Tears came down my face. "Always with me." I reached into my bag & pull out the Green rose he gave me. It was created with Dust so it never died. I smelt it.
