Sunghoons P.O.V

" Heeseung! You're glowing blue! "

I shouted, finally his power is activated, that took him a while I thought to myself, the room was filled with joy, but the joy didn't last long, I looked to my right seeing Sunoo still on his bed looking at Heeseung who was at the door, thud, thud, thud, loud steps were heard they were not from humans, it was something big, a few moments later the stomp noises was replaced with the sound of the wood cracking, Sunoo, Heeseung and I had a stare the fear evident is our faces, the cracking sound was getting louder, looking up I searched for where the sound could be coming from, then suddenly...

" No! " I heard Sunoo screamed as a tentacle of a the monster, the same monster that took and destroyed everything that is left from me " What was that? "

" A flicker, the monster that took everything away from me. " And now its taking the person who I have left, I was fuming with rage, my hands and eyes growing a bright orange as fire starts to swirl around me. " Yah! You monster! Let go of Sunoo! "

I shouted as the monster took Sunoo to another place, I quickly followed with Heeseung behind me and soon enough we were on top of the roof, I looked at the big monster, this was bigger than the first on I have encountered, with determination to save Sunoo from the monsters grasp my eyes started to glow orange fire started crackling in my hands, with that I tackled the monster making us fall inside the mansion halls, I made a fireball enlarging it before throwing to the monster. The monster was quick to doge and my fireball almost hit Sunoo earning a shout from the boy, the fire ended up crashing in the mansions wall and unlucky enough it was made out of wood causing it to burn.

Heeseung on the other hand just got down from the roof frozen in place as I kept on attacking the monster, continuously throwing flames and more flames at it, but it seems like its just growing stronger at each flame I threw at it.

Heeseung's P.O.V

Sunghoon shouted in frustration as the monster let out a loud roar, I was not going weak with Sunghoons fire, it seems like it's gaining more power, the monster just engulfs the fire that Sunghoon is throwing and then one of it tentacles attacked Sunghoon and he just blocked it with one of his flame wall, the monster seems unfazed and the poor Sunoo still on its grip, scared for dear life while me I just stood there still processing what was happening at that moment.

Looking around I saw my house, my home... engulfed in Sunghoons flames, the giant portrait of me and my parents, ruined, crying was not suitable at the moment so I kept myself together, it was just too much to handle, powers... caster... what is happening?

" A little help?! " Sunghoon shouted at me which broke me from my thoughts still frozen in my place, I looked at Sunoo who was terrified as Sunghoon keeps on shooting flames and fire at the monster, with another look at the boy who was wrapped in the tentacles of the monster it seems like he was shouting something, I looked at the structure of the monster, it was as big an elephant and continues to grow bigger and bigger, it has sharp metallic like teeth with red slimy goo coming out of its mouth, it also has black skin with red tone, kind of like lava and obsidian, that's when I realized " Sunghoon! Stop shooting fire! "

" Sunghoon you idiot! The monster is made out of lava! You're feeding the monster! "

" Then help me water boy! " sunghoon shouted and stared at me as he still throwing flames at the monster, signaling for me to help, but I don't know how to use this power, as I was deep in thought the water started to enter through the small opening on the bottom of the door, I jolted as I felt the wetness of the water, I was still scared, shaken, and afraid, but I'll try anyway.

Sunghoon who was almost out of breath stopped throwing fire at the monster, as I stepped closer water flowing behind me, the monster let out a burning roar, the red goo that seems to be the lava flying with the fiery wind, as the goo came in contact with my skin I felt a wave of pain, the goo left a disgusting wound, with flesh burnt as I was trying to endure the pain, water came crawling to my legs up to my arm, I soon surrounded the wound and with a glow, the water retreated and when I looked, there were no wounds, it was like nothing has happened, " Guys! Sunoos screams broke me from my trench, the monster was shaking him aggressively like a toy, I looked behind me to see a worried Sunghoon as I took a deep breathe I knew exactly what I needed to do, this was now or never " Time to end you, lava beast. "

Sunghoon shouted and when I turned, one of the monsters tentacles was about to attack me from behind, I quickly dogged it with the help of the water beneath me, with my right hand, I made the water rise up to me forming a sharp long water sword, after it was formed I used it to cut through the monsters tentacles, little by little I made it up I sliced the tentacle that was holding Sunoo, Sunghoon waiting to catch him nearby.

" Time to end you " with those words I slashed the sword slicing the monster to half, I did it, I killed it. My soul jumped through my skin as Sunoo who was now free hugged me with a big smile, I couldn't help but to smile back at him " You did it "

Sunoo beamed at me I looked around at my now wrecked house, my heart ached at the scene, my home its gone, powers are meant to be paid for, and in my case I paid it with my home, my thoughts were soon interrupted by a fake cough by Sunghoon, he walked towards the two of us with a blank expression.
