“...it’s because she feels alone.”

A naked Yuki flashed a cheeky grin at the young man below her, who was also in the same state of undress as her.

“Alone?” he frowned in confusion, his arms behind his head in a relaxed manner while the girl on top of him moved on her own.

“Come on, Onii-chan… surely you can figure it out on your own~” she purred, bouncing her hips up and down his crotch.

“I know what you mean, but it doesn’t make sense. Isn’t Alya the one who wants to be alone?”

“Oh, my sweet Onii-chan… it looks like you’re in need of a refresher~”

Yuki increased the pace of her movements until she reached her high point, to which she released a loud moan and threw her head back out of ecstasy.

Once her climax had subsided, she relaxed on top of his chest, smiling at how warm and good it felt to be this close to her brother.

“Let’s go back to the beginning, shall we? Alya-san wasn’t like this when we realized that we were going to be stuck here, right?” she asked.

He shook his head. “No. She was exactly as how I remembered her.”

“Mmhm~ a month ago, she was the same old Alya-san that we used to know. But that was when we were panicking and struggling to accept our reality.”

“...but the rest of us eventually stopped, while Alya continued to panic. Because of that, she thinks she’s alone. Right?” he asked, quickly formulating his own conclusion based on what he knew.

“Hehe, you were on the right track, but you fell off a bit there~” Yuki giggled.

He narrowed his eyes. “Well, stop messing around and spit it out already.”

To accentuate his point, Masachika reached out to grab a fistful of her hair, wrapping it around his hand before yanking it up.

Under any other circumstance, he wouldn’t do something like this to his little sister, let alone think about it, but… recent developments have permitted him to do so, even if it weirded him out.

To think that his sister was even into this kind of thing… guess he didn’t know her as much as he thought he did.

“Kkkkuuu… t-to be exact, it’s because we had a lot of work to do,” she chuckled in spite of the pain atop her head. “W-We all needed to work towards a similar goal, and that’s what we did for the next weeks. We kept ourselves busy and distracted the entire time.”

Satisfied with the answer he got, Masachika released his grip and relaxed against his bed again.

“And?”

“Do you remember what I asked you last night, Onii-chan? It was when you told me about Taniyama-san’s idea regarding Alya-san.”

Masachika thought about it for a moment, before it came up in his mind. “You said something about a temporary peace?”

“Bingo~” she started drawing circles on his skin with her finger. “After working hard for a while, we managed to get to a point where we don’t have to worry about our basic necessities. The only thing left was to worry about whether we’ll get home or not.”

“But we’re all worried about that. Everyone else is just calmer about it compared to Alya.”

“And that’s exactly why she had her first outburst that day, when she started yelling at the two of us.”

He rolled his eyes, growing annoyed at his sister’s continued attempts to make things more complicated than they seem to be.

“Explain, and no jokes while you’re at it.”
