I smirked when she said that but didn't say anything then mentally slapped myself...what the fuck is happening to me.
Princess lily started taking us to different rooms...but I wanted to ask about their relationship with that old man. At last she was showing me my room, so I spoke

Aiden: princess if you don't mind can I ask you a question

Lily: ofcourse

Aiden: umm...can I know what's between the royal family and that old man

Lily: The old man as in my grandfather

I nodded to which she stiffened, for a moment she looked lost as if finding out how to answer or going back to what has happened

Lily: it's best if that question is not answered

I nodded not wanting to force her...and made my way to my room.

Maya pov
I was in my room standing near my window and thinking when lily entered my room she looked lost

Maya: is there a problem lily

She looked up as if coming back from her wonder land

Lily: no

Maya: then why do u look lost

Lily: I am just scared about this fight... about facing him. I don't want anyone else to die because of his greed for power

Maya: lily I understand your worry....but there is nothing we can do, we have to get back the lost harmony in that land

Lily: That guy, Aiden I guess, was asking about our relationship with him

Maya: what did u say

Lily: that its best if it's not answered

I nodded...Ik it will be hard to keep the truth from them.

Maya: just remind them about the practice
