I took my hands off my head. I looked up and there was no dome. Wait a second, let me tell you why I'm here.

About a year ago a dome appeared above Perdido Beach. The dome stretched 20 miles, and it was only kids in here. Some of us got powers, like me. A couple months ago, something happened. I was doing my own thing, then... well long story short, my skin turned gold, my tongue like a lizards. My limbs were coming off. Then Lana helped me. A day after I had my limbs back, I heard something. Like a moaning voice saying "The end is now".

So once I heard that I got really nervous. I knew I didn't imagine it. This was the end of The FAYZ. I teleported to a beach house on an island. I heard voices through the houses. "Caine, we have time." "I know Diana". Gross, I knew what they meant. I plugged my ears and hid in the bathroom. They left soon after.
I walked out the bathroom and looked at my golden skin. "Maybe soon I'll be normal."

Three hours later after screams of terror faded I took my hands off my head and looked through the window. No dome. I tried to teleport out the house. Shockingly it worked. Kids poured out the dome like ants out of a pile when a kid kicks it. I saw Lana, out near Perdido. I could see a giant gash in her leg. Why hasn't she healed it?
Then I realized. The powers are gone. Everything by the gaiaphage is gone. But why can I still teleport?! My skin is still golden! My tongue still like a lizards! What was wrong?!
I teleported over to Perdido, and tried to run out. I felt pain when I ran where the dome used to be. I tried to walk through it again. Nope. "Hey! Hey! Help!!!", I screamed.
I screamed until my lungs burned. I couldn't get out. This couldn't be happening. I teleported to the other side of The FAYZ. The forest. I couldn't get out there either. I heard a moaning in the trees. I looked up. "Roger?"
I climbed up the tree to him, I climbed up to the tree where he was. "Roger is that you?", I yelled. "T-T-Taylor?". "Roger! The dome is gone, you have to leave!". "Why haven't you?", he asked. "I-I can't", I said sadly. I looked at his wounds. The tree had impaled his foot.
I climbed higher to him. "Roger, I have to lift you off. Okay?", I asked. "Are you kidding?! I'll die or bleed out!" "I know Roger, but do you want to get out!", I yelled. "Okay..", his voice trailed off. I lifted his foot off the branch, he screamed louder than I ever heard someone scream.
I took him to the cleanest lake. I put his leg in there and waited for him to wake up. Might as well have some company if I'm never getting out.
