Despite the catastrophic invasion, some individuals are still attempting to make a living in certain structures. Neos is in the Nanocom talking to Numbuh 2.
"So how long do I get to smash Fuse's face?" asked Neos.
"Slow down silver boy, rushing in towards the big bad might not be a good idea. Besides the time machine, might take a while since its specific infrastructure is complex but we're getting there. In the meantime mind visiting Genius Grove?" asked Numbuh 2.
"I think, I'm close." Neos saw a sign pointing to a town named Genius Grove and decided to fly there.
"Good, mind visiting someone there? Her name is Dee Dee." said Numbuh 2.
"Dee Dee?"
"She's Dexter's big sister." said Number 2 somberly.
"Oh no..." winced Neos, wondering what Dee Dee would have done in response to her brother's death, "I hope she can take it well."
"Let's hope so; she made a concerted effort to provide a positive view of the world, but this invasion is awful enough." said Numbuh 2, tinkering with the time machine in his place.
"Yeah... Hey Numbuh 2, I have a form that will expedite the construction process. He is extremely intelligent, with an IQ greater than that of several galaxies...." said Neos.
"Really? That virtually rivals Azmuth. However, you are too far away to be in two places at once." said Numbuh 2.
"Oh yeah? Watch this!" Neos pulled out a small orb from his Color Timer, and it floated in the air before flying back to the treehouse instantly, where Numbuh 2 is, surprising him.
The orb then morphed into a humanoid being revealing to be another Ultra, but this one's blue. This is Ultraman Hikari.

"Greetings Numbuh 2, I'm Ultraman Hikari, one of the main forms of Isaac." bowed Hikari.
"Wow you look even cooler in person." said Numbuh 2 in awe, "This is kinda similar to one of Ben's forms Echo Echo."
