This girl is Nekomiya Mana, also known as Nekomata. She's the fourth and most recent member of the Cunning Hares and a former member of the group known as the Red Fang Gang.

Red's Statement: I can't say I'm too fond of Nekomata. She joins a team after she originally plotted to kill them.
I mean, she's cute and all. But I don't really have much to say about her. She's like one of the agents you get when you're trying to land for another. And it's all a total disappointment.
Sure, she has a pretty sad backstory with the Red Fang Gang's leader, but that's just it.
