Suguru was horrible to work with. Everyone would avoid interacting with him, which wasn't hard since Suguru preferred to work alone anyways.

Unless it was with Satoru Gojo. The complete opposite of Suguru; always smiling, talking to everyone that passed his way. No one ever would've imagined that Suguru Geto would put up with someone who was so eccentric, but they were always at each other's side.

Suguru was putting away some files when he felt a pair of hands snake around his waist. "What do you want Satoru?" He hissed as he continued unbothered by the other man's antics. This was a normal occurrence. Whether it be simple hand holding or more intimate things such as holding Suguru in Satoru's lap. "I just wanted to see you~" Satoru teased. "You're not.. going to let go are you?" Satoru shook his head with a small hum as he rested it against Satoru's shoulder. Suguru sighed and continued to put the files in their respectful place. His demeanor always remained cold, but inside- The man was melting. Every touch he received from Satoru sent chills down his spine, making his body yearn for more.

Satoru noticed Suguru's reactions after their third hug and it only drove his heart crazier for Suguru.

"Thank you darling, I needed the boost for my meeting." Satoru said as he pulled away. "Don't call me that.." Suguru breathed, making Satoru smirked. Suguru put away the last folder and turned to face the other. "Awe, I didn't mean to upset you, love." He teased in a soft breath as he leaned closer to Suguru. Suguru felt shivers go down his spine from Satoru's pet names. He kept his voice calm, telling him to stop even if, deep down he wanted to hear more.

Satoru's gaze fell to Suguru's lips before quickly returning to his eyes. "Say please, love.." Suguru's breath hitched in his throat from the soft demand. He could tell he was already flustered beyond than he'd like to admit. "..please.." Suguru muttered softly, his voice barely above a whisper. Satoru's smirk grew as he moved his hand to Suguru's cheek, caressing it softly with his thumb.

Even with the reactions Suguru gave Satoru, he wanted to test his theory, to make sure Suguru felt the same.

Suguru's mind went blank from the close proximity. The only thing on his mind was the need to feel Satoru touch him again. "Can you hug me, Satoru?" He muttered almost like a plea. He stared into the blue orbs he's found himself getting lost in many times over. Satoru nodded and wrapped his arms Suguru, holding him tight against his chest. "Your heart's pounding, darling, are you alright?"

Suguru's eyes widened. 'Can he really feel my heart from a single hug?..' He thought. "It's nothing, don't worry about it." Suguru mumbled, refusing to lift his head and meet Satoru's gaze. He knew if he did Satoru would have that stupid grin on his lips. "No need to lie to me, love." Satoru cooed, gently rubbing circles on Suguru's lower back.

Satoru's voice and touch made Suguru weak in the knees. No matter how hard he tried to hide it, he knew his bright red face was giving him away. "You made me flustered, happy now?" Satoru's smirk returned, grabbing hold of Suguru's chin to tilt his head up at him. "I'm delighted actually. Seeing the effect I have on you is very pleasing." His voice was gentle. "Stop teasing me, Satoru." Suguru groaned, struggling to keep his gaze with Satoru's. His voice was trembling at this point, the firm grip Satoru had on his chin and the closeness was sending Suguru into a frenzy.

Satoru fell silent, admiring the features of his coworker. His eyes wandered from his dark hair that fell slightly below his shoulders, to the small reflection of the lights in his deep purple eyes and lastly falling towards his lips. The lips Satoru dreamed of kissing almost every night now. Felling the softness of them against his pale skin-

He shook those thoughts away and let go of Suguru's chin, running his hand through his hair. "You're so confusing sometimes, darling.." Satoru's voice was monotone now which took Suguru back. A sigh left him as he took a step back. The loss of warmth from the other almost made Suguru shiver. His heart was still pounding against his chest, his voice still shaky. "..what is that supposed to mean?"

Satoru quickly threw on his silly smile, turning and giving Suguru a small wave as he headed back to the office. "Nothing important, I'll see you later~"

Although his smile seemed the same, the tease in his voice seemed forced, faltering ever so slightly towards the end of his sentence. As the day went on, Satoru maintained a distance from Suguru. Only interacting with the other when it involved business. As the clock struck 9, Satoru grabbed his bag booked it for the elevator. He felt horrible for avoiding Suguru but he knew he was almost at his limit.

Suguru was miserable throughout the day. He had gotten so accustomed to Satoru being at his side that the sudden change irked him. Satoru stood in the elevator as the doors almost came to a close before he suddenly reached out and held them open for Suguru. Once the doors closed, Satoru rested against the furthest wall of the small space, his mind deep in thought.

"You've been oddly far today." Suguru broke the silence, staring at the numbers light up as they rode down to the lobby. Satoru chuckled softly, "Had a lot on my mind." The elevator fell silent again, only for a few minutes before Satoru spoke up. "If you don't mind me asking.." Suguru looked over at him, his mind going everywhere all at once as he waited for Satoru to continue. Satoru shifted slightly before looking back at the other. His brows furrowed, the usual silliness leaving his expression. "How do you feel about me. Truly?"

Suguru blinked as he processed the question. "Why do you ask?" His voice calm, but his nerves on edge. Satoru stepped closer. "Because.. Well, I'll be blunt. You get flustered from the slightest touch from me, then turn around and act cold. You ask for hugs but then demand for me to not touch you," Satoru paused, taking another step closer as his voice softened. "The signals you give me don't make sense." Suguru stayed silent, his eyes bouncing between Satoru's as his mind raced. He knew he had to give him an answer, and an honest one. Before he could speak, Satoru sighed and leaned back against the wall again. "I ask because I don't want to make you uncomfortable, but it's getting harder to resist." The longer Suguru stayed silent, the more Satour's heart sank.

The elevator dinged as the doors slowly opened. Satoru was the first to step out, Suguru close behind. "Honestly?" Suguru finally spoke, making Satoru stop in his tracks and turn to face the other. He nodded and gripped onto the briefcase in his hand.

Suguru felt like his heart was trying to break out of his chest, his palms clammy and his mouth felt dry. "The way you tease me.. makes me so flustered. You like seeing me like that though.. don't you?" Satoru's expression fell slightly, his voice sincere. "I do, but if it's too much. I'll stop." Suguru's hand fumbled inside of his pocket as he looked at Satoru again. "No I just." "Just..?" Satoru repeated, watching every move Suguru made closely. He took a breath. "I can't stand it when you stop. When you're not by my side." Satoru was over the moon, his heart skipping a beat as he continued to look at Suguru. "..Do you like me Suguru?"

Suguru's breath hitched in his throat, his words stumbling. "I-." Satoru smiled softly and shook his head as he turned back towards the exit. "Apologies. I'll see you tomorrow." Suguru felt his heart drop as he watched Satoru walk away. "Wait!" He called out, quickly catching up to Satoru. "I do. I do like you, I just.." Satoru widened his eyes, a soft blush dusting his cheeks as he turned around again. Suguru's eyes met his, beaming with something Satoru couldn't quite put his finger on.

"..May I kiss you?" Satoru blurted out as he stepped closer to Suguru. Suguru felt his cheeks get even hotter, his heart racing a thousand miles as he nodded. Satoru didn't waste a second. He reached out and cupped Suguru's face, leaning down and pressing his lips against the others. The world felt like it was in slow motion, the only inhabitants being themselves. When Satoru began to pull away, Suguru pulled him back with the collar of his shirt. Suguru's hand moved to the back of Suguru's head as his other hand moved to the small of his back.

The only thing that broke them apart was the ding of the elevator. Suguru tucked a strand of his hair behind his ear as a group of their coworkers walked past them. "Did that.. help your uneasiness?" Suguru mumbled as he lifted his head. "Definitely, darling.." Satoru breathed out as he adjusted his collar.
