Kavita Khanna knocked gently on the bathroom door, her voice laced with a mix of concern and amusement. "Rohit, come out quickly! You'll be late for the office again! Being the CEO doesn't mean you can be late." A faint "ok" echoed from other side of the door. Kavita shook her head, smiling.

"He never listens to me," she muttered to herself, beginning to iron Rohit's crisp white shirt. As she smoothed out the wrinkles, her thoughts drifted to their son, Abhi. "Abhi is a carbon copy of Rohit – always running late, just like his father." She chuckled, recalling the countless times Rohit had rushed out the door, leaving her to manage their morning chaos.

"I've told him a hundred times: 'Get up early, Rohit!' But does he listen?. No, my husband would rather linger in the bathroom, making himself look handsome."

The bathroom door swung open,
Rohit emerged from the bathroom, while drying his hair with a towel.

"Bad-mouthing about me and my son, my dear biwi?" he teased, his eyes sparkling with amusement. Kavita sighed, handing him his crisp white shirt. "I wasn't bad-mouthing, I was stating the truth," she clarified, her voice laced with affectionate exasperation.

Rohit chuckled, accepting the shirt. "Yeah, yeah... I know," he said, beginning to button up. Kavita assisted, her fingers deftly fastening the buttons.

"I'm not that late," he said, flashing a charming smile. Kavita raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, yeah, and my husband is handsome," she teased.

Rohit pulls her close by the waist.
"But you love me, my dear biwi," he whispered, planting a gentle kiss on her cheek. Kavita's cheeks flushed. "Oh, sorry, sorry, Mister Husband," she laughed, playfully pushing him away.

"By the way, is Abhi up?" Rohit asked, suddenly remembering. "Today's his birthday, I want to wish him first. "Kavita's smile hinted at mischief. "Ah, that's exactly what I was talking about... like father, like son." Rohit raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" Kavita's eyes twinkled.

"Abhi's not up yet, of course. Always running late, just like his father." Rohit laughed. "Hey, I'm not that late!"
Kavita's playful teasing continued. "Really? Then why are we always rushing out the door?" Rohit wrapped his arms around Kavita.
