Everyone always says change is a good thing, helps us to grow and become better people. From a young age I've always been stubborn, I would never back down from an argument and if I was ever told I was wrong well, I wasn't. I've always sort of been the misfit in school. I was diagnosed with Autism at 11 my first year in secondary school, this sadly got leaked throughout the school and I was the freak no one wanted to talk to. I soon got over this and it didn't bother me too much as I was far too busy for friends anyway, I had a whole library of books to read. At 4 years old I fell in love with reading, I loved the idea of escaping to a whole new world where anything and everything could happen. One minute your fighting aliens the next your in a tragic love story where love is forbidden. My dad has always had concerns he didn't bring me up right and that mum would be disappointed in him, but he's wrong I'm kind, strong and my own person and that's all she ever wanted for me. My mum unfortunately passed away when I was only 3 I don't remember her much but I still remember the warmth and the radiant sunshine she brought upon this earth. It broke my dads heart when she passed but he stepped up and became the dad so many kids wished they could have had, some kids think there lucky with there parents but they haven't met my dad, my hero, my best friend.
