Malar.
Oh god I am late, again! I woke up early for my exams and it slipped from my stupid mind to set an alarm to close the book and get ready, otherwise I get lost in the books. Don't get me wrong, but a studious person doesn't necessarily need to be a book worm, they just want to be successful in their life and studying is the only way for it or they really love reading.I sighed and tried to park my bike in the stand and it was crowded again! Why! just why! I cried in my mind and I took a deep breath having determination in my eyes to park this big Fat activa. Sorry Activa for calling you fat because I had other vehicles in my mind to buy which were small and comfortable but this was the only vehicle that was durable for carrying the delivery box for my food delivery job.
I went towards the space and tried to park, I always put a side stand because I can only carry that much weight. Today though I have to put in the middle stand, I grunted as I looked everywhere to see the Peon Anna who helps me regularly.
He might be in rounds to usher the student inside the college.
I sighed as I saw nobody there, I was literally on the verge of crying today I have Instrumentation practicals and if I don't get in time I will be put fail in the exam, which I can't afford.
I even thought of abandoning it as it is. What should I do? God help me.
I heard someone clearing their throat behind me and I turned to see him.
Vadivelan sir.
"If you don't mind may I help." He asked and something in his eyes showed mischievousness. I frowned at his behaviour is he bipolar?
"No, I am not a bipolar." He said, did I say that loudly, I widened my eyes seeing him rolling his shirt up his arms from the cuffs. With his strong hands he parked th car and corrected my left mirror by shaking his hair and setting it up. Don't get me wrong, I am a woman at the end of the day.
"No, you didn't say anything loud but I can read your mind from miles away with that expression on your face." He said and I looked away rolling my eyes. Know it all. I thought and turned towards him to thank him.
"Thank you sir." I said otherwise he will take my keys again, accuse me of something I have never done in my life and I have to get it from the office saying I lost it a lie.
"Thank you for which one?" He asked with a smirk. I turned away from him without answering and moved away. I better get it from office itself.
"Hey, I was just kidding and... I am sorry." He said scratching his head. He pushed my keys forward as a peace offering. I looked at him he was really ashamed for saying things to me and I sighed he is really regretting it.
"For which one?" I retorted back with a smile and he laughed, he legit laughed at me. This man never laughs at anyone. Trust me when I say some first years even thought he is robot.
He laughed to his heart's content and calmed down.
"Are you not late for the practicals?" He asked and I literally jumped up and tried to run with speed of light ing but he stopped.
"Hey, wait Malar. The practicals is postponed to afternoon. As the person who comes from other college for invigilation is struck in traffic you know how the traffic is." He said and I took a breath of relief.
"Why do you like to keep me on the edge, sir?" I said and my irritation slipped from my tone despite me trying to control it.
"Oh, I don't know maybe because I like to irritate you." He said and I looked at him my eyes widened at his statement but he just smiled at me with a smirk.
I just scoffed at him. He laughed more, my smile escaped my consciousness.
"So, your exams are nearing have you prepared for it. The placements also will be soon." He said and I nodded looking at him.
"I am trying hard but I sometimes really fail to understand the concepts of advance Electronics." I said it is really tough subject for me.
"If you want I can teach you." He said and I looked at him frowning where this is coming from.
"I have few of your classmates studying Instrumentation in my house I take like tuition and also people who are really the subject enthusiasts but I can also teach you advance Electronics as I did my post graduation in it." He said and I thought for while.
"How much will it cost?" I asked meagrely.
"It is free, Malar." He said and I looked at him, a person who doesn't take few for something is rare in this World.
"Okay." I said in a heartbeat.
"Okay, then after college come to my house. I will text you my address." He said.
"Sir, can I attend the tuition in the early morning, like 6 to 9." I asked with hesitation.
He had questions but I looked away and he understood it thank goodness and said okay.
We went our separate way. God never leaves me behind and I need to thank him for everything he has done for me.
