Ravi stormed over to Moxxie, his heart racing as his eyes darted to CC. "Dude, what the hell happened? Why is he here?" His voice was sharp, brows furrowed in confusion and frustration. He felt like the room was closing in on him, an uneasy tension thickening the air.

CC shuffled nervously, guilt flickering in his eyes. He opened his mouth, but no words came at first. Then, with a deep breath, he blurted out, "L-Look, I know this seems all wrong, but hear me out! Brenson's lost it-he's gone completely insane!" CC's voice cracked, his face now inches from Ravi's, eyes wide with desperation.

Ravi's stomach knotted, and a wave of anger flushed over him. His antennas twitched, as if they were about to spark with heat. "Are you sure that's what happened?" His words came out low and firm, barely containing the storm brewing inside.

Kai, arms crossed, scowled at Ravi from across the room. "Ravi, seriously? What happened to 'second chances'? We were there. You weren't." His voice was biting, as he moved closer, eyes filled with annoyance.

Ravi let out a sharp breath, frustration boiling over. "I get it, Kai. But I know he's still working for Brenson! This is just another one of his schemes-his tricks! I saw it, I-"

"Let me guess," Kai interrupted with a sneer, "You saw it in that ridiculous locket of yours? For all we know, you could be making this whole thing up!"

"Kai, just shut up!" Chester snapped, his voice cutting through the tension like a whip. "You weren't there when we had the vision! Quit acting like you know everything."

Kai huffed, rolling his eyes as he turned back to Moxxie, muttering under his breath, clearly still unconvinced.

Ravi clenched his fists, his knuckles turning white. He crouched down beside Moxxie, searching his face for answers. "Moxxie, you can tell me the truth, or you can lie-it's your call. But I need to know... What exactly happened?" His voice was quieter now, softer, though the edge of frustration lingered beneath it.

From across the room, Kai shook his head in disbelief. "Ravi, seriously? The guy's traumatized-can't you see that? You're really pushing it right now."

Mint nudged Kai, whispering harshly, "Just shut up, Kai. You're not helping."

Moxxie's shaky sigh filled the room as he shifted his gaze toward Ravi. The moment Ravi saw the brutal burns scarring Moxxie's right shoulder, chest, and forearm, his breath hitched. His anger flared hotter than ever. How could Brenson do this? His mind raced, images of Hayden's injuries flashing before him, and now this? His guilt gnawed at him-he should've known better.

"Forget it," Ravi muttered, his voice unexpectedly soft as he stood. "You don't have to say anything. I'll handle Brenson myself. You... just wash up. Welcome back, I guess," he added, his voice thick with conflicted emotions, offering Moxxie a faint, almost regretful smile.

Ravi turned on his heel, slamming the door behind him. The sound echoed, leaving the room in a suffocating silence.

Bendy bit his lip, breaking the quiet. "What's he going to do?" he asked CC, worry seeping into his voice.

CC sighed, sinking into a chair beside Bendy. "Honestly? I think he's about to take matters into his own hands," he shrugged, looking down at the floor, clearly uneasy.

Chester narrowed his eyes in suspicion, something gnawing at the back of his mind. Moxxie's burns-they looked severe, deep, like something that would cause immense pain. And yet, Moxxie didn't seem to be reacting the way someone in that much agony would. Chester's instincts screamed at him. Something was off. Maybe it was nothing... or maybe it was everything.

With a final glance at Moxxie, Chester turned and motioned for Bunnicula to follow him to the lab, leaving the others to comfort Moxxie-or whatever version of him sat before them.
