You walked inside of the office and sat down you propped your legs up on the desk as you leaned back in the chair, a man sat in front of you behind the desk as he took a hit from his cigar.
"Glad you could make it; I have an important mission for you." he said. he pulled out a bag and placed it on the desk. you removed your legs and leaned forwarded, "Hm what's the job?".
"I want you to pull off a hit on someone for me and once you are done, I'll pay sounds good?" I looked inside the bag and sighed. "How much are we talking?" You replied,
"Thirty grand" he said, I laughed and shook my head "this person is only worth 30 grand?" I replied.
"Fine let's make it 60 grand if you pull it off, alright?" He spoke, "Have I ever failed a mission before?" you spoke.
He laughed and shook his head. "Nah, that's why everyone doing dirty business rely on you to get rid of people and the evidence." He replied, "You're right, so who's the target?".
"Nat smith" he said. I stood in the same spot speechless, and a smirk formed on his face.
"Why her?" I asked. "She's been stealing from me, and I don't need anyone interfering with my business especially some low life mafia woman." he replied.
"She's more dangerous than I am, how do you expect me to kill a woman who never lets her guard down?" I spoke.
"I'm sure, you can figure it out y/n but if you can't pull it off due to history between the two of you, I'm sure I can find someone else for the job." he spoke.
"No, I can do it." I said, "Are you sure? if you fail, I won't be saving you." he said.
"I understand, Mr. Chan." You said, "I'm happy you understand, I'll be sending you all the information you need to know and buy you something nice to wear you'll need it to get in."
"In this case, I'll be expecting a hundred grand." you said, and he laughed.
"Sounds fair, I got you." he replied.
"See you later." You said as you stood up, your black dress swinging over your leg.
You walked out the building and held your head down as you put on your hoodie and sunglasses.
You got inside of a black SUV the windows tinted out and the interior red and black.
"Take me to the nearest shop William we have a long night ahead of us." I said as I laid my head back. I let out a deep sigh.
"No food stop ma'am?" He asked, "Food sounds great but that will have to wait until further notice." I spoke.
"You can't work on an empty stomach; I'll drop you off and bring you something sounds good?" William said.
"Sounds good, don't know where I'd be without you William." he said.
"Probably in an orphanage." he said, and I laughed. "I mean you not completely wrong" i replied.
