V sat with her friend, Lizzy, who was rambling on and on about whatever school drama was going on. V on the other hand, was only partially listening. She stared at the couple giggling and exchanging kisses, then brushed it off as she just found it dumb. Lizzy, clearly saw something else wrong and was deciding on whether to tease her about it, or whip out the questions a therapist would ask.
"Hey, somethings up. Spill."
V scoffed, she didn't want to respond to Lizzy about that. Knowing she'd get teased about it.
"Hmph."
"Don't be like that."
Lizzy thought about it and shook her head, she looked at V and what she was staring at.
"V-.. Ugh. You're jealous, aren't you?"
"Wha-? NO-! NO!... I-It's not that."
"Then what is it?"
"I am! I am okay?! That's what you wanted to hear??"
Lizzy rolled her eyes, V such was a diva at times.
"I told you to get over N, he's no good I tell you! No one says 'crikey' anymore!"
"It's NOT about N, Lizzy!"
V huffed. V loved Lizzy, but she could be a real thorn in her side.
"Then who? You wouldn't have been staring at them like that if it wasn't for thaaaa-..."
Lizzy trailed off, she realized that V wanted Uzi, not N.
"You're into... Uzi?"
"Shut up!"
V shouted, shoving Lizzy with her elbow. V grumbled.
V began to wonder, why it had to be Uzi she was into. Why it was her V wanted to kiss and call Uzi hers.
"It's so frustrating to even think of her! Why is it N she's with?.. He's boring and ugly and-..."
Lizzy hushed V with her hand suddenly, taking it off afterward.
"Shush! They're right... THERE!"
V instead fell quiet after Lizzy hushed her, finding no point in talking if she'd just be complaining every sentence
A few minutes passed, and Lizzy began to ramble on and on about school drama again. Of course, V only partially listened. Her attention on Uzi and Uzi only.
"And the craziest part, she was dating two other gu-..!"
Lizzy again trailed off her sentence once Uzi walked over to the two. Great, what a coincidence.
"You guys seen N? I think he got scared of human zombies or whatever again."
"Hello to you too-..."
"Nope, haven't seen him."
Lizzy interrupted, not wanting V to embarrass herself with a snarky comment that could tick Uzi off.
"Right. Thanks anyway."
Uzi was suspicious of the two, but she ignored it.
Lizzy on the other hand, was trying to make it seem like V wasn't desperate that V wanted Uzi. She shoved V with her elbow.
"'Hello to you too'?! What kind of response is that? You're terrible at this!"
"I hate you."
V responded.
"No, you don't."
Lizzy scoffed.
