The sound of Minji's alarm ended the silence in the room. She could barely open her eyes and tried desperately to make the noise stop. She had left late at night after the very awkward almost kiss with Hanni, excusing herself by lamely saying it was already too late and sleep was killing her. That is the start of her wondering why she felt so affected by Hanni to the point that she almost couldn't sleep by just thinking of it.

Hanni and her have been spending a little more time together and the last night definetly worked to get more comfortable with each other but now she was feeling funny things in her stomach because of the japanese girl. She coundln't say she was attracted to her. Minji admits Hanni is beautiful and very nice, and it's making her feel confused. All she wanted for now it's for this thing to end.

"YOU KISSED?!" Haerin's loud voice was heard from the outside.

"I said 'ALMOST'! It was an accident!" She buried her face in the pillow in embarrasment. Minji had called for breakfast to be served in bed today.

"If there is nothing going on then why are you avoiding her?" Haerin shot.

"Who says I'm avoiding her?" Minji grabbed the glass of orange juice and started to gulp down the entire content.

Haerin looked suspicious.

"I mean, breakfast in bed? You think you're still a kid? Or you are kidding a kid?" Minji almost choked at the rate she was guzzling down the juice. It took a moment for the bodyguard to come with a theory and it made her eyes go wide.

"Don't tell me you feel something for her?" Haerin startled her by grabbing Minji's hand in a dramatic fashion, "Minji, you can't! She's your brother's fiancee!"

The shorter girl got nervous at the sudden accusation.

"Now you're just talking nonsense." She put the glass on the table trying to look unbothered by Haerin's words. "Plus, she's probably into guys. If, and i say IF, i felt something, there's no way she would return my feelings."

The young princess broke eye contact with Haerin and started playing with her fork. Suddenly the food looked more interesting. Haerin stayed in silence for a second, just looking at her. Minji thinks she can fool her but the taller girl can easily detect when the other girl is not being honest. Minji was not exactly a good liar.

Haerin put one hand on Minji's shoulder.

"You do like her, don't you?"

Minji kept looking at her food. She really didn't have an answer to that question. She believes that only time will tell how is that she feels about Hanni. But the thought of Hanni finding out the truth and be disguted by it wouldn't leave her mind. The girl hated liars, so the korea girl wouldn't be an exception. . Her brother would be back some day and she will have to stop pretending. Feeling something for Hanni would just leave her with a broken heart. She can't allow herself to feel something for her.

___

Hanni has not spoken to the prince since their 'sleepover' moment and the awkward moment they shared. She could feel her heart racing faster by just thinking of it. Back in Japan, Hanni had a reputation of being a party girl while growing up. She used to be well behaved as a kid and please her family's expectations of her but once she turned eighteen, she decided she wanted to have fun just as the other girls of her age, which was something that made her face her grandparent's rage. Seeing their granddaughter on the first page of a gossip newspaper felt like a whole embarrasment to them.

Despite the party girl image, Hanni never really had romantic experience. She had crushes here and there, but nothing serious. A forced marriage wans't definitely what she expected, but when you live in a family like this, you can have it all from cars to houses, the only thing you cant afford it's real freedom and happiness.
