Dean continued to clean the tools quietly, his focus intent on every small detail, lost in the familiar rhythm of his task.

Suddenly, he was pulled out of his thoughts as three figures appeared in front of him. He looked up, startled.

"Is it true, Dean?" Alan spoke firmly, breaking the silence.

Dean blinked, taken aback by Alan's abrupt question. He couldn't quite understand the intent behind his words.

"Uncle, I don’t understand... What are you talking about?" Dean replied, his voice calm but with a slight hint of confusion.

He glanced at North, searching his face for any clues. North sighed and spoke up, his tone serious.

"Don’t deny it, Dean. We know the truth now."

Dean raised his hands, palms outward in a gesture to slow them down. He looked the three of them, feeling the tension hanging heavy in the air.

"Wait a minute," he said carefully, his tone slightly sharper. "I seriously don’t get what you’re talking about. What is it that you think you know, and why are you cornering me like this?"

Sonic took a step forward, his expression softened by concern, though his eyes held an edge of worry.

"Last night, I got a call from an unknown number. At first, I ignored it, but then… the voice on the other end said he was your colleague from the bar where you work." He said, his voice steady but low.

Dean's eyes widened, a flash of anxiety flickering across his face.

"What?" he asked, almost whispering.

[Flashback]

Sonic was busy editing a video with North, fine-tuning the transitions and timing to make everything perfect before uploading it to their channel. They had been working on this for hours.

North patted his shoulder lightly. "I'll just be back. Bathroom break."

“Alright,” Sonic muttered, not taking his eyes off the screen as North stepped out.

Sonic focused on the screen again, adjusting audio and captions, until his phone suddenly buzzed beside him. He glanced at the screen, surprised to see an unknown number.

Tilting his head with curiosity, he wondered who might be calling him out of the blue. He hesitated for a moment, but then picked up, just in case it was something urgent.

"Hello?" Sonic answered, keeping his tone casual.

"Hi! Is this one of P'Dean's friends?" a hesitant voice spoke from the other side, sounding uncertain.

Sonic became interested. "Yes, this is. Who's calling?"

"Ah, my name is Chris. I work with P'Dean at the bar," the caller responded, introducing himself in a friendly yet somewhat nervous tone.

Sonic nodded to himself, adjusting in his seat. "Oh, hey! I'm Sonic. Nice to meet you, Chris."

"Hi there, P'Sonic" Chris replied, his voice a little gentle, as if he was carefully choosing his next words.

“What made you call?” Sonic asked

"Ah... well, you see, it's kind of…," Chris stammered, clearly struggling to find the words.

"Did something happen to Dean?" Sonic asked, his tone now edged with a touch of concern.

There was a silence on the other end of the line. Sonic held his breath, sensing something wasn’t right.
