Master Xehanort: Formerly a Keyblade Master and chose the Seeker's life, Xehanort is determined to unlocking the truth behind the origin of the Keyblade War, by clashing light and darkness together to forge the legendary blades. In the process, Xehanort has been responsible for the various tragedies of many, who have crossed paths with him and endangering the Realm of Light itself. With his other versions and members of the New Organization, Xehanort's goal is reaching reality if darkness consumes the light.
Ansem the Seeker of Darkness: Master Xehanort's Heartless. Reduced to just a heart, Ansem traveled back in time to meet with his younger self to gather many members for the New Organization. He has even crossed paths with Sora and Riku before prior to the start of their journey. Ansem once possessed Riku to gain a physical body and try to take Kingdom Hearts, but was defeated by Sora and Riku, but Young Xehanort meddled with time to bring him back.
Xemnas: Master Xehanort's Nobody. After the separation of his heart and body, Xemnas formed the original Organization XIII and tried to create his own Kingdom Hearts by taking the hearts of the Artificial Heartless and used both Roxas and Sora to speed the process. After his Kingdom Hearts was destroyed, Xemnas fought against Sora and Riku, but was bested by the two in an epic showdown, but Young Xehanort meddled with time to bring him back.
Young Xehanort: Master Xehanort's younger self from the past. Once was an islander of Destiny Islands, he was instructed by Ansem to help his future self with his plan. Meddling through time, Young Xehanort gathered members of the Organization of his future self's choosing. He even met Sora and Riku in the Realm of Sleep and caused trouble for them and nearly made Sora the thirteenth and final vessel.
Terranort: Master Xehanort, who has gained possession of Terra's body. Steeping Terra into the darkness enough, Xehanort had managed to take Terra's body for his uses. He met and fought against Aqua and was taken in by Ansem the Wise, but stole his name and research while in the process, losing his heart and Ansem and Xemnas came to be. Though Terra's body returned, Xehanort has made him a vessel still.
Xigbar: Xigbar was the second member of the original Organization and was Xemnas' trusted right hand and spy. Xigbar fought against Sora before to stop them from foiling the Organization's plans, but was defeated. Young Xehanort meddled with time and brought him back and encountered Sora again in the Realm of Sleep to help make him the thirteenth vessel.
Saïx: Saix was the seventh member of the original Organization and was Xemnas' second-in-command. Saix fought against Sora before to stop them, but was defeated. Young Xehanort meddled with time and brought him back and he has a score to settle with an old friend.
Luxord: Luxord was the tenth member of the original Organization. Luxord fought against Sora before to play a game while trying to stop them, but was defeated. Young Xehanort meddled with time and brought him back for a new purpose.
Marluxia: Marluxia was the eleventh member of the original Organization, but betrayed it and commandeered Castle Oblivion and used Namine's powers to make Sora his puppet to control the Organization. Marluxia fought Sora before, but was defeated and was offered by Xehanort to return to the Organization for a different purpose. Marluxia is now after 'New Seven Hearts' in case Sora doesn't find the remaining Guardians.
Larxene: Larxene was the twelfth member of the original Organization, but betrayed it with Marluxia and they commandeered Castle Oblivion while using Namine's powers of memories to try and control Sora. The attempt ended in failure and Larxene fought Sora before, but was defeated. Offered along with Marluxia by Xehanort to return, Larxene is a member once more for a different purpose. Larxene is now after 'New Seven Hearts' if Sora fails to find the remaining Guardians.
