Kim then holding Khem in his embrace... Vegas and Porsche then approach Kim... Porsche then feel very shock as he see Khem's condition... Dr Win then say...' Come! I will help you guys!.. 'Dr Win and Kim then help to put Khem into the car... Kim then sit into the car with Khem' s head on his lap... Porsche then sit at the middle seat while Vegas sit beside Dr Win... Porsche then say while crying... 'Khem... Please hold on... We will arrive at the hospital soon...' Kim cry silently and stroke Khem's hair... Dr Win then drive to the nearest hospital...

After 10 minutes of driving..

Dr Win and others finally arrives at the nearest hospital... Vegas and Porsche along Dr Win quickly come out from the car.. Dr Win then take the stretcher and help to put dying Khem on the stretcher... Porsche crying as he see Khem got push into the emergency room... Vegas hug Porsche and say... 'Calm down sweetheart...'Suddenly... Tyme, Song, Pol, Arm, Tem, Tee, Sam and Tyme arrives at the hospital along with Mr Aquil...

Porsche then see the doctor and approach the doctor and ask...' How is Khem? How is my twin brother? He is safe right?... 'A tears continue to roll down on Porsche's cheeks... The doctor expression changes and say...' Im truly sorry... 'Porsche shake his head and say...' No! You must be lying! Khem!..'
Porsche then push Vegas away and run into an emergency room and see Khem is already covered with a white sheets... Porsche then shake Khem's body and say...' Khem! Wake up! No one can take Khem from me! Do you hear me?!!' The nurse then reply back.. 'Im sorry Mr Porsche.. After the process is finished.. We will return Mr Khem back to you...' Porsche then yell again.. 'No! You better shut up! No one can take him! He is my brother.. doctor! No! Don't! Let me go Vegas!' Don't take him!! No!! Khem!!! '.. Vegas hold Porsche and calm him down.. Porsche stomp his feet and pointing out to Khem... Kim is crying non stop and kneel down on the floor... Arm, Tem and Pol along with Song then approach Kim and help him to stand up...

Porsche then come out from an emergency room with Vegas and see Sam is crying... Sam then hug Porsche and cry in his embrace... Tyme wipe his tears and say... 'Porsche krub... Condolences to you and your family na krub.... They already in better places now...' Porsche then kiss Sam's forehead and cry with her... Tee then hug Thanya and comfort her as well... Dr Win approach them and say... 'We must prepare for the funeral...' Porsche then return home with others to prepare for the funeral...

At Porsche's house.. (Room)...

Porsche is sitting on the bed while hugging the family portrait frame in his embrace... His heart and soul is already empty... Vegas then approach Porsche and say... 'Sweetheart... You must eat na krub...' Porsche then ignore Vegas and say... 'Leave....' Porsche's tears roll down on his cheeks again... Vegas then say.... 'You must eat something sweetheart... Otherwise.. You will get sick....' Sam also approach Porsche and say..'Let me try Vegas...' Vegas nod and give the plate to Sam... Sam then scoop the porridge and say... 'Phi... You must eat na kha... I didn't want you to get sick na kha.... If you really love me... You must eat na...' Vegas look at Porsche with a sad expression... Porsche then wipe his tears slowly and open his mouth... Sam then feed Porsche and say... 'You must eat a lot na kha....' Sam then feed the porridge again and again... Porsche then say... 'I... I want to sleep..... Im tired.....'
