"Sooyah, can we talk?"
Jisoo looks curiously. "Jinyoung?"
There are few customers as lunch has just passed. She just looks at him, amazed at how she seems to have forgotten about him now. Its silly to think how she used to care about him.
They sat by the window where they usually sit.
Minutes pass and they both arent saying anything.
Jisoo is just curious on what he's about to say.
"Uhh.. well.." Jinyoung started.
"I heard youre with someone now.." he said.
"You dont have to worry about it." she answered. Saying sorry to V, for using him.
Jinyoung looks at Jisoo as she sounded so casual. Not condescending or hurt..
She just sounded the way she used to.
When he first met her as he falls in love with her beautiful face.
"I.. I'm thinking of ending things with Jihyo.."
Jisoo tilts her head.
But just that- she's just listening.
She isnt interested to what he's saying.
In fact, she looks bored already.
It stings.
She used to listen to him with bright eyes and anticipation.
He missed her terribly.
He has made a grave mistake.
"I dont think I need to know this." Jisoo said flatly.
He is lost for words.
He miss Jisoo so much.
He miss the caring and thoughtful woman who loved him before.
"I dont think we should see each other too.." Jisoo said.
It was like a slap.. followed by a body slam.
She said it so clearly.
A tap on the clear glass made their heads turn.
Jisoo instantly smile when she saw who was there.
"I have to go." Jisoo said, "You dont have to tell me what will happen to you or to Jihyo."
She stands up.
"And I suggest you dont return here." Jisoo said looking at him.
Still with a blank expression when she looks at him.
It hurts so much.
Her voice used to call him so sweetly.
Jinyoung watch Jisoo happily walk to the guy.
He was left knowing he will never be able to reach her again.
"Look at you talking to your ex behind my back." V said teasing.
Jisoo just giggled.
"I demand a double pay." he said further.
"Why?? He just came by himself, besides," she pouted, "I told him off."
"Oh did you? Am I suppose to be happy with that??"
Jisoo just laughs and clings to his arm.
