Ludwig Machmillians College

The name sends shivers down my spine, and that's serious. I sigh quietly to myself, I've never seen so many serious looking students all huddled up in one place together. I suppose that's how it is here, either that or I chose the wrong College.

"Excuse me?"

I hear a voice behind me, a male voice, a deep voice. A German accent voice.
I turn around slowly to face the man who called out to me.

"Are you a new student here?"

He seemed.. nice, but he definitely wasn't a student here himself. No way, that was a professor.
I nod in response. "Yeah, I basically transferred. I got a scholarship." I think I don't need to say I'm from elsewhere, my british accent should be enough to tell him.

He looks at me intensely for a moment, almost like he's thinking. Then, his face softens. He crosses his arms over his chest, and my eyes stay glued to his face, with his perfect German features.

"You're the one from England, right? I believe your name was.. Evan? Evan Riegrow." He speaks with a light tone. You'd never guess that sort of tone would go well with his deep, rich voice. But God, it did.

"Yeah." Wow awkward. Way to go.

He chuckles. He chuckles. And it's amazing to hear. I may be turning crazy.

"I'm Neumann. Of course you'll be addressing me as Professor Neumann here. I teach Health Professions and Medical Services." He pauses for a minute, that gives me times enough to memorize his name. He unfolds his arms, letting his elbows rest on the window behind him. "I think you follow that course, don't you?"

Yeah. I had more interest in Music, more than anything. But I guess some people just don't get a choice in what career they get. Still, maybe being a student of someone like.. Neumann, wouldn't be so bad.

"I do, so I'll be getting lessons from you for the rest of the year?" I reply, keeping my tone cool. It wasn't exactly super hard not to, it's just the way his arms were against the window that made me want to stare. I don't think staring at someone who has no intention and probably would lose his job after getting involved with me is a good idea.

Whatever.

He speaks up then. I swear if I was an animal, I'd feel my ears perking up at the his voice.

"You're lucky. There's a few more Professors in my field because a lot of the local students specialise in Healthcare, I know you're in my class because you're the last student to walk through that door, and I'm missing one student from my class."

Wow, was I that late that everyone was already here? No.. wait, he'd have already mentioned it if I was.

He pushes himself off the window, sticking his hands in his pockets instead now, and looking as though he was ready to walk away. That made me feel disappointed honestly.

"If you feel like being late, stay here. Otherwise follow me to your class. We have a few, but the lesson schedule should be printed in a few days."

He gives me a soft final glance before turning to the hallway in front of us. I could still see a lot of people walking in the hallways, so I wasn't that late. Hopefully. My eyes stay glued to Neumann's back though. Or should I say Professor? Whatever. The idea of him walking away felt rejecting somehow. And I didn't know my way around anyways.

I catch up to him, walking next to him while also putting some distance in between us. He doesn't speak as we walk. It gives me enough time to actually look at how different we are by appearance.

He doesn't look older than 27. I'm 19, 20 in a month. He's taller.. I'd estimate him to be around 5'10. I'm 5'7, so I'm sure of it. But what really catches my attention is how he stands out from normal Germans. Unlike Germans with nice, fair skin tones, he was a little tanned, a lot more built up, and I'm pretty sure if he was a student he'd have to cut his hair, because that was way too long. lucky that it's in a bun.. even though I kind of wanna see it open.

His eyes seemed captivating too.

Grey.

Grey eyes with Black hair. a little tanned, a little broader.
