Third person; after the funeral's of the old couple phoinix was living with she was given to the foster system and put in the care of sarah and andrew smith who had a son named waylon smith after phoinix moved in with them under her name grace hoover because she still coudnt remember her name so the state gave her a new one so she could get put in the program after she arived at the smith family house and the worker left she was sent to the basement alone with a glass of water and a penut butter sandwich she detested penut butter
Phoinix: Why do i have to stay down here
Third person; she asked sarah when she brought her down dinner, which again consisted of a glass of water and more penut butter
Sarah; dont be ungrateful. You wretch. You should just be glad that you have a roof over your head and something to eat and drink

Third person; phoinix looked around her new living arangments and grimaced the only furniture was the old mattres she was sitting on a small table and across the room was a toilet and an extremely small
walk in shower she layed down unsure of the time the only light in the room was a dim overhead light fixture so it was hard to see there was only one window but it was night there was no point in trying to look out it she wouldnt see anything anyway so she layed down and cried herself to sleep
