Coming to this convention, I never expected to end up with a little in my arms. Our last little, Ria, had left us unexpectedly. It hurt Gio more than anything. He got quiet and all about refused to go to any little convention with me and Ez. That was a year ago. But seeing how Gio was with little Silas made me so happy. He looked nervous but happy. The ends of his lips curved up when Silas rested on him and he held the small one tight, not wanting to let go.

I could tell Ez was getting attached too. Not that I minded. I knew that they liked him already and I bet they knew too. It was fairly obvious, and we all needed this, I think Silas did too. He regressed so easily which makes me glad but that worries me slightly. How long had he been without a caregiver and how long had it been since he regressed? These were my questions. And add on the fact that he seemed too light for someone of his age and stature.

Ez came back with a bottle in his hand, shaking it before giving it to me. I smiled and kissed his cheek as I felt the warmth of it. Perfect. I shifted Silas in my arms, earning a whine from him as he wanted to sleep more. "Shh shh, it's okay duckling..." I said softly, smiling as he rubbed his eyes. I saw Giovanni shift. He wanted to stop the little one from rubbing his eyes. Gio is a doctor, and he knows how bad it can be for your eyes to rub them like that. I smiled softly, shushing the baby again.

I gently rubbed the nipple of the bottle against his lips. Silas took a second but eventually took it. Once he realized it was milk too, he drank hungrily. The small blond opened his eyes, and I couldn't help but marvel at them. The light blue hues complemented his face and his light tan. I cooed at him, getting a small smile out of him. "Such a cutie." I said quietly, pulling the bottle away and earning another whine.

"Such a brat..." Gio mumbled, a small smile on his face. I shot him a look, loving but still, and he rolled his eyes. I giggled and gave Silas the bottle back, letting him drink the rest of it. Once done, I gave the bottle to Ezra and tried to burp the poor baby. He took a couple pats but gave us a small sound of a burp. I giggled and this made the baby in my arms do the same. "Are you ready to go home pup?" I asked and rubbed his back as the small blond continued to lean against me. We got a small whine in response. I found it adorable.

"No home. Wan you guysth." Silas told us, a small lisp coming out as he spoke. Ezra chuckled and we all smiled at the small one. "Well, we take you home or you come home with us." Giovanni said, his voice softer than I had heard it in months. I blushed and I saw that Ezra was blushing as well. We loved when Gio spoke in this tone, and I could tell by his pink cheeks that Silas did too. "Home wiff you." Silas said defiantly. And that settled it.

I gave the baby to Ez, who hadn't been able to hold him yet. I smiled softly at them, seeing how my husband looked at the small child. It was beautiful. Ez was quiet about his thoughts and with his actions. He did everything behind the scenes and hated taking credit for his work, which was beautiful. But how he looked at Silas was how he looked at me; with the utmost care and affection.

I gave Ez a kiss on the cheek and was about to give Silas one but avoided it. I wasn't sure how comfortable he would be with that. Which sparked more questions that would have to be asked at a later time.

I looked to Giovanni and saw that he already had all our stuff. He looked like a boyfriend who was dragged along here, with Silas' teddy bear bag over his shoulder. I smiled and kissed his cheek before leading the way. Ez got up and Gio followed behind him, soft smiles on both of their faces. I looked at Silas and saw him watching me, a pacifier in his mouth, his little hand gripping Ezra's shirt tightly.

"Let's go home boys..." I said quietly, my heart feeling fuller than it had in years.
