(500 points huh, thats a good start)
Rimuru thinks while looking around.
(I already have a team in mind but lets wait what these three do.)

Rimuru looks at Todoroki then Bakugo and lastly Midoriya.

(As expected, Deku has problems finding people that want to join him while Shoto already has a team.)

(And off course Bakugo has no idea what anyone can do so they show off their quirks to get into his group.)

"I'm surprised no one asked me to group up but I guess my classmates know I won't team up with them unless I ask them." Rimuru smirks

"Well everyone besides you naturally"
Rimuru says while looking at Todo whos already positioned himself behind Rimuru.

"I won't work with anyone then my brother." Todo says, crossing his arms
"Did you see Midoriya looking at you."

Rimuru : "Of course I did, he probably hoped to join me or somthing but that won't happen. I love watching him struggle so him joining me would take all the fun out of this festival."

"Your evil but I respect that." Todo smiles "By the way it seems like Jiro-san wants somthing from you."
He point at Jiro who makes her way to Rimuru.

"Rimuru could you help Momo with someone" She says as she arrives.

Rimuru looks confused "With what?"

Jiro : "Some purple pervert stuck himself to her back since the race and he won't go away."

Rimuru laughs a bit "I was already wondering how a general course student managed to get into top 20."

Rimuru smile fades "Pervert?" He looks to Momo and sees Kaminari pulling some grape looking guy.

He walk over there (They are to nice, he could just shock him or Momo could creat a bat or somthing.)
