Even they may not realize how spoilt they are becoming. They strive to be the ones with the steering wheel rather than providing orders to the person in front of them." Manabu started standing up and then proceeded. "Normally the ones who are used to being praised or are tired of being in the spotlight let themselves be dominated as long as that does not danger them more than intended."

Horikita's eyes trembled. Ayanokouji was the one who preyed on her after a while. Let it be deserted island exam, sports festival, paper shuffle, class vote, or end-of-year special exam. The only time she had the upper hand on Ayanokouji was during the first few months; once he carried her class in the deserted island exam, their roles were flipped. She may be physically dominating him because he allowed it, but he has always kept her psychologically under control.

She took a slow look at Ayanokouji, realizing what a monster he truly is.

Horikita was not upset by his experimenting behavior with her; she was astounded at the extent of his psychological warfare.

Everyone was currently focused on Ayanokouj.

Some had fearful and curious gaze.

Even Nagumo was sweating. (I had already figured out what Senpai was saying, but it is a terrifying ability to hide your talents in plain sight.) He smirked maniacally. (Yes, this is it. I had been looking forward to this my entire school life. I don't care about the benefits of graduating in class A. Why? Because I will not apply it. I will not use the privileges that come with graduating as class A.) He exhaled. (I'll fucking break you, Ayanokouji. For my own ego. He returned his gaze ahead. (I am sure you are on the same level as me and Manabu-Senpai.)

However, Ryueen did not even look at Manabu or Ayanokouji. (This is nothing; I know the true monster.)

"It really is terrifying that none of us could have known anything if not for this special exam." Morishita remarked.

(But... Horikita Manabu was mistaken.) Ayanokouji corrected Manabu. (If it hadn't been for Chabs-sensei, I would have behaved similarly to the shown memory.) He exhaled. (And now I have a future plan, so I can't back out.)
