Dandy's world. A place where children come to be educated and taken care of. A care center for children of all ages. Where one can feel loved, even without the requirement of a full grown. Most of the children that stayed would end up growing there and leaving when their the right age. Some would be blessed enough to end up with a new, loving family.
The children that do end staying longer than most would end up worker there as Toon Handlers.
A Toon Handler is one of the many people that take care of the infamous Toons at Dandy's world reside.
Toons are the mascots of the world of Dandy. 22 of the as we speak but I won't get into too much detail, Hmm? Going on.
The center had been abandoned years ago after an incident, one might say. After that day, the place shut down and never re-opened. All the toons were left to rot and decay. It's sad really.
But alas, they were able to survive, created their own mini civilization as they did. And now we have toons thriving here in Gardenview. One of them sitting in there own room, pondering of whatnot as we speak. Let's we check up on him, shall we?

Dandy was propped up in his chair, head resting on his hand on the desk as he spun the bottom of his chair from side to side. Today had been boring and he didn't know what to do about it. This isn't like him, he always knows what to do!
He looked in front of him, gazing upon all the drawings and letters the children left for him before the incident. He keeps them preserved, almost like trophies, on the billboard in his room.
"youre my favurite toon dandy!" - Anthony
"my mom thik ur scary but ur cute!" - Maddy
"my entire family loves dandys wurld." - Grace
Hm. Family huh? The thought of parental figures always intrigued him. Having people that love and care for you unconditionally was foreign to him.
There was no time for any of that anyways. He had an entire establishment to run. Although, it does sound comforting. Being with a loved one after having to endure the hate of everyone in the entire franchise was something he wouldn't mind.
BEEP BEEP.
Oh, the alarm. Seems like some toons were going on a run. Time for the star of the show to get into position in his shop!
He passed by the camera room, spotting something moving. Though, he just assumed it was some twisted roaming.
Albeit, this one looked different than any one that he's seen before.. Oh who am I kidding, that didn't matter right now! He just needed to make sure he had his stock ready for the toons.
He'll do research on that later.
