DELA PEÑA, NAHC, AND JADEY SPOTTED AT RKIF

Los Angeles – The annual opening of the R. Kotoko International Film Festival was awaited by different moviegoers, filmmakers, and celebrities that were invited in the invitation list by Arthur Kotoko, the son of Japanese-Argentinian film director Reginaldo Kotoko (1934-2005), who is known for his bestselling action and arthouse films that were filmed in different countries such as Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, UK, and the Philippines.

In honor of his late father, he established the film festival in the year 2009, welcoming the submissions of indie movies, both full-length and shorts.

Recently, EMZ has captured the faces of celebrities who went in the event to anticipate the full-length drama film directed by Harvey Dela Peña, called "Harvest, Harvest, Harvest" which tackles the life of three farmers played by actors Maximo Chang, Ender Tung and Nong Pat in facing struggles to alleviate the economic issues during the 1970s Khmer Rouge.

During the red-carpet photo shoot, "Light Me Up" actress and singer Stephanie Dela Peña first walked the carpet, she was ready to pose for the cameras and her outfit was a custom designed-dress made by Mocha Wang that is inspired by the late Princess Diana's Travolta Dress.

Next up is actress Riri Nahc, the hailed Broadway actress from DPT studios, known for her musicals such as "The Fish That I... Caught at Day?" (2014), "Maryweath, 1794" (2016) and her first LGBTQ film debut "My Girl" (2018) starring Hannah Caterwall and Hong Kong Music Time champion Katy Wee.

Nahc was greeted by Dela Peña, whom she had met in 2017 during the premiere of the Filipino musical named "Ikubli ang Sarili (Hide Yourself)". This time, her outfit has shining pieces of sturdy diamonds and also blue, red, and yellow sequins on the hem of her gown, reminiscing her character as 'Elena, the Hidden Mermaid' from "The Fish That I... Caught at Day?"

Lastly, British singer and producer JADEY. His accomplishments in his musical career never lasted, he had 15,423 albums sold around the UK and US, 13,127 in Asia, and won the MTV Europe Music Award for his 2007 album "TypeCraft".

Lately, JADEY has been showing interest in cinema and supporting young independent filmmakers, his first film project that he produced was "The SandVVICH", a 2016 horror-comedy film that is a spinoff of Robert Eggers' 'The Witch' starring Anya Taylor-Joy.

JADEY has shown his confidence in wearing a green blazer from his personal tailor, Allan Kaczynski. The tailor himself has proudly attended the event too to support him.

Post-event, Stephanie is taking a cigarette behind the place. Her left hand was holding that small-soft-but-ashy stick, yet her right is holding the phone close to her ear.

"You proposed the addendum to her, Kuya?" Stephanie asks in a shared conversation with her older brother–half-brother, Kandren Tanpoco. He was a biology professor at De La Salle and the ethics committee head of his mother's company, Tanpoco Hotels.
