"You cannot outrun the Lethal Bullet"

Clouds can surely be a nuisance sometimes, always blocking out the sunlight. Even if you're on the top of a tall building, you still wouldn't have the clear view of the city. But it seems like the Gods listened to you, the clouds slowly started moving away, the soft sunlight finally piercing through, landing on the small town.
It was currently 1:24 PM, you could almost see the whole city from such a height. Not only could you see the small city, you could see about two guys, harassing a woman. How did you spot them? Thanks to the Sniper Scope. You were a Sniper, an undercover one. You worked for no one, but rather for yourself.

Because the Reticle of the Sniper Scope, you had your Sniper pointed at one of the men's heads, but your hands that were trembling were being a small problem. Your hands were trembling because you were sitting on the railing of a tall building.
You shot the man once, the bullet missed and shot his hand, you shot him again, this time your Sniper pointed at his head, you missed once again. The other dude started running away, and no no no.. you could not let that happen. You knew you were now on your third bullet.

"78% rate of guaranteed hit"a voice from the Sniper rifle that you were holding, spoke up. The rate of guaranteed hit was increasing. You nodded your head and shot the man that you had already shot twice. Your concern wasn't that man, but rather the one running away.
"two more bullets, and then comes the Lethal Shot" the voice from the sniper spoke up once again. Your eyes flickered to the other retreating figure, keeping note of where he was. It was no problem to figure out that he was also a Stand user, you already figured it out from the speed of his sprinting, he surely ran fast.
You were now on your fourth bullet. You shot the same man twice, resulting in his death in front of the terrified woman, who had no idea who had shot the man.

"Lethal Shot, ready"The same soothing voice from your sniper spoke up again, your sniper's dark red contrast now gone, fused with the bullet. You smirked, your eyes back to the man with the stand who was trying his best to run away. As you aimed your sniper at his head, you knew you hit the jackpot.
"Sniper Red, You may not be fast, but you can chase a leopard. Now, chase that bastard into hell itself"You said, finally firing the Lethal Shot.

The bullet shot out, this time leaving a heavier amount of smoke compared to the other normal bullets. You could feel your energy draining a little. This was because the Lethal Shot is not only a guaranteed shot, but also a powerful one. No one can outrun this bullet. But there's one drawback, Powerful stands with the precision A or S can stop this bullet. However, when the Lethal Shot has been stopped, it will cause a small explosion, injuring the target a little.

Currently 1:27 pm, the Lethal Shot was chasing the retreating man, being the stupid he is, he couldn't realise that a simply bullet stand was chasing him.
The bullet was leaving a small red trail so it could be easier to tell if it was a Lethal Shot or not, only the Stand User could see such a trail. The man was surely running fast, but not fast enough to outrun the Lethal Shot. It wasn't long before the bullet has finally caught up and pierced through the man's head. But the bullet, which had pierced through his head, now lost it's red shine. The Stand now beside it's user once again, taking the Sniper away from your hands as it dematerialized itself.

You turned around and started to walk down the building, no one present in the building knew that you were a Sniper undercover. You didn't have to worry about your sniper making any sounds, your Stand would always take care of that. As you walked out of the building, you realised you had skipped school once again, you sighed as you started to walk around town. You didn't bother to check if the men you shot were dead or not, the first guy had been shot five times by you, even if he's alive, he's probably beyond recovery. The second guy had been hit with the Lethal Shot, indeed a Lethal way to get sent back to hell. You looked back at your hands as you walked down the streets, the smoke from your sniper was still a little present.
