Chapter 3 ~ 32 Teeth

Radhika’s Pov:

“I want to break the perfect shape of that 32 teeth” i said loudly enough that Ritika can hear.

“What are you talking about Riri, come fast mam’s calling you to caretake a passenger’s baby” Ritika said and went away.

It was night. I was caretaking the small girl baby of 8 months. She was too cute and too silent. She wasn’t disturbing but her mother had a recent surgery so she couldn’t handle her. It was already in my CV that I’m expert in handling babies. My Bhabhi says that I will be a great mother. Suddenly a call came from the cockpit. It’s the pilot. I tell Rits to go but again she said that the pilot wanted me. The baby’s not going in anyone’s lap God knows why. So, I said Yavantika to accompany me with the trolley. I knocked on the door and Yuvraj sir said ‘come in’

“Sir, you called me?” I said to that idiot with all my patience and professionalism.

“You have a baby” Evansh asked with an unreadable expression.

“yes I’m a mother of 5 kids along with a husband” I said with a mocking tone but that idiot thought it was true. Yavantika and Yuvraj sir were trying to muffle their laugher

“you’re married???!!!” he exclaimed that the sound bounces in cockpit.

“What an Idiot!” I murmured under my breath.

Yavantika chuckled and said “If you forget that the air attendants have the work to caretake of passenger’s kids too”

“oh yeah” he sighed.

“Radhika right?” Yuvraj asked.

“Yes sir” I said with a smile.

“Why you came here with a kid in your hand?” he asked taking a coffee and cookie from Yavantika’s hand.

“Because your dearest and loving Pilot asked me too, sir” I added at the last with sarcastic grin that make him choke on his coffee.

“What do you want sir?” I asked turning towards Evansh.

“Oh nothing just wanted to see you” he said with a ‘isn’t-it-obvious’ tone and took that next to poison black coffee that I seriously loathe.

“Thankyou sir” I turned back along with Yavantika left.

It’s almost 3 at night I am still with the kid with the dearest want of sleep.
Suddenly I felt a hand ruffling the kid’s hair when my eyes were closed and before I could scream I felt a hand covering my mouth.

“Shh, it’s me. Your captain, Evansh” he said and slowly removed from my mouth.

“Idiot. You scared me” I whisper yelled.
“Calling your pilot idiot, vixen?” he whispered near my ear.

“what’s with this vixen?” I asked turning to him. He slowly took the baby from my arms. He’ll be a great father though, the way he handled the baby.

What the heck I’m thinking?!

“oh! Actually at first sight I though you’re no less than an idiot but believe me you’re too cunning than I thought. More like a vixen” he said coming to my face level. I make space between us by throat clearing and he suppressed a smile.

“but you’re surely an asino” I shot back

“Asino? Why?”

“you don’t know Italian language?”

“that’s the only language I didn’t learn all through these years”

“ how many languages you know by the way?” I said sitting on the counter. He chuckled at my antics but didn’t say anything. It’s not allowed right? Then why he’s not stopping me… oh just leave, he’s an asino.
