[Aradhya's pov]:-
I wake up with a smile, feeling the warmth of the sun peeking through my window. My room, a sanctuary of positivity, surrounds me with inspirational quotes and colorful trinkets. I take a deep breath ready to tackle another day.
My family's conservative values often suffocate me, but I refuse to let them dull my sparkle.
With determination, I started my morning rituals, beginning with a 30-minute meditation session, clearing my mind and setting intentions. A quick workout followed, energizing me for the day ahead.
Getting ready, I dressed up in a comfortable yet stylish, attire - a blend of modernity and tradition. My long black hair, tied in a neat ponytail, and a subtle hint of makeup.
I join my family at the breakfast table, filled with the aroma of freshly cooked parathas and steaming chai. Poonam, already seated, exchanges a warm smile.
"Good morning, everyone," I say.
My uncle sipping his chai, asks, "Aradhya, how's your day looking?"
"Busy, uncle. We have a finance exam coming up." I reply.
Sudha, my aunt, chimes in, "You're spending too much time studying. You should focus on finding a good husband."
I politely smile, avoiding controversy. "I'll get there, aunty. But education comes first."
Nirmala, my uncle's sister, adds, "Aradhya, you should learn cooking and household chores. That's what matters in life."
My uncle intervenes, "let her focus on her studies, sister. She'll learn everything in due time."
Poonam attempts to meditate, "mama, Aradhya's doing well in her studies. We should support her."
Sudha's expression turns stern, "Poonam, you're too soft on her. Aradhya needs to understand her priorities."
I take a deep breath, accustomed to these conversations. My uncle's support gives me the strength to persue my dreams.
"Thanks, uncle," I say, smiling.
The conversation shifts to Poonam's job and bua's latest family gossip. I listen attentively, savoring the warmth of our imperfect but loving family.
[Author's pov]:-
Aryaman's eyes slowly open, his gaze piercing through the darkness. The city skyline outside his penthouse window glows like embers, casting a faint light on his chiseled features.
He lies still, his chest rising and falling with each measured breath. The soft hum of air conditioner and the distant city sound create a soothing melody.
As he awakens, his expression remains impassive, a mask of control.
His thoughts began to unfold, prioritizing the day's challenges and opportunities. With a fluid motion, Aryaman tosses off the duvet and swings his legs over the side of bed. His bare feet touch the cool marbel floor, a sudden jolt of reality.
He stands, his 6'2" frame towering over the spacious bedroom. The soft glow of the city illuminates his sharp jawline, defined shoulders and piercing gaze.
Aryaman's morning begins with precision, each movement calculated, each thought focused.
[Aryaman's pov]:-
I step into my private gym, the soft hum of machines and faint scent of leather enveloping me. My trainer, Vikram, awaits with a nod.
"Today's focus: Strength training," he says.
