Chapter 17: The Announcement of the Three New Magical Boys

The boys were lounging at their usual meeting spot, trying to catch a break after a long day of training when Lionel appeared once more, his presence as regal and composed as ever. His arrival seemed to carry a weight of importance, more serious than before.

"I have news for you all," Lionel began, his voice calm yet firm. "Three new magical boys will soon join your ranks. Their powers and skills will complement yours, and their arrival is essential for what lies ahead."

The boys straightened, curiosity piqued.

"New magical boys?" Riku repeated, raising an eyebrow. "Who are they?"

Lionel turned to face them fully, his wings shifting slightly. "Allow me to explain."

Jed: The Energetic Dreamer

Lionel began by describing the first newcomer. "The first magical boy is named Jed. He wears an outfit that's both playful and elegant—light pink puffy shorts with white lace at the bottom, and a bodice with a white stripe down the middle. There's a huge pink bow adorned with the magical boys' symbol, and his sleeves are ruffled and pinned back with pink beads. His boots are white with pink trim and magenta ribbons, completing his joyful, whimsical look."

Lionel paused for a moment, as if remembering the boy fondly. "Jed is always bright and optimistic, often excited by the simplest things, like a sweet treat or a good story. He's childlike in his enthusiasm and innocence, sometimes to the point of getting hurt when he's overly excited. Despite that, his joy is infectious. When he's happy, he squeaks out an enthusiastic 'Yay!' but when he's sad, you'll hear him go, 'Awww' or 'Oh well.' He deeply cares for his friends and brings a sense of hope and cheer wherever he goes."

Haru smiled at the description, already imagining how Jed's bubbly personality would mesh with the team. "He sounds fun."

Kai: The Shy Protector

Lionel continued, moving on to describe the second boy. "The second boy, Kai, has light yellow eyes and hair. His hair is long, tied into a fanned-out ponytail, with curls framing his face. His outfit is as delicate as his demeanor—yellow shorts with a golden bodice and feathered layers, adorned with gold spheres. His boots are white with gold ribbons, and his wrists are adorned with similar white and gold accessories."

Lionel's expression softened slightly. "Kai is incredibly shy, a quiet boy with a huge heart. He's often seen as a crybaby, easily moved to tears over the slightest thing, but beneath that exterior lies a passionate artist. When the time comes for him to defend his friends, he shows surprising strength and determination. Though he's shy, he has a deep love for his friends and will fiercely protect them when the need arises."

Mateo tilted his head, intrigued by the boy's gentle yet determined nature. "He sounds like he's got a lot of hidden potential."

Luca: The Calm and Elegant One

Finally, Lionel spoke of the third magical boy. "The third boy, Luca, is elegant and quiet. His eyes and hair turn vibrant blue in his transformed state, and his hair grows long, nearly reaching his knees. His outfit is a combination of pale blues and whites, with a pair of feathered wings on his back, accented by blue spheres. His boots are long and white, with pale blue toes and dark blue ribbons. Luca carries himself with a quiet grace, always polite and thoughtful."

There was a hint of admiration in Lionel's voice as he continued. "Luca is the most composed of the three, always responsible and hardworking. He's calm under pressure, often the one to keep the team grounded. While he can be modest and reluctant to ask for help, he's incredibly dependable when the situation calls for it. He may not speak much, but his presence alone is enough to reassure his teammates."

Riku nodded thoughtfully, understanding the importance of someone like Luca in their team. "We could use someone with that kind of steadiness."

As Lionel finished speaking, the boys were left with a sense of anticipation. These new arrivals, with their unique strengths and personalities, would bring something special to their team. While the challenges ahead seemed daunting, they knew that together—with their current and soon-to-be allies—they would stand a better chance of facing whatever darkness was coming.

"Prepare yourselves," Lionel said as he spread his wings once more. "Their arrival will be soon, and together, you will become an unstoppable force."

With that, he disappeared into the sky, leaving the boys buzzing with excitement and a sense of newfound purpose. They couldn't wait to meet Jed, Kai, and Luca, and see how these new magical boys would fit into their world.

The team's next chapter would not only be one of learning to fight alongside their new companions but also growing closer as a family.
