How Captain Pike and his Man got together

 (For purposes of simplicity, we shall name Pike's Man _A-Jax_ because, why not?)

1. PIke was sitting in the back of a security lecture in his first year of academy and A-Jax sat next to him and looked at the engineering homework he was doing and went, 'Your doing it wrong, specific thing needs an ample ratio of something or another over whatever to make it operational in a biosphere of eh,' to which Pike said, '???' and A-Jax asked what he was doing later that night, then later that night turned into weekly meetings and then that turned into Pike swiching rooms with A-Jax's bunkmate because the guy couldnt handle the _PTSD screaming in the middle of the night_. Anyway, one night they were really drunk and A-Jax slamed Chris against a wall and shoved his tongue down his throat, and now we're here.

A-Jax suckerpunched Chris in the jaw in the academy parking lot cause he thought he was one of the third years (both A-Jax and chris are first year cadets) that had been following him and picking on the 14-year-old that was attending the academy. But no, he punched Chris, who had, yes, been following him, but to make sure he was okay after what 'Todd' IDK had done. Again, they became friends, then got drunk about 6months later and started dating.

(Also, per my universe, there is a 5 year, 5 month age gap.)(Chris was 19 when he joined the academy and A-Jax was 13. Im using Anson Mounts birthday for Pike and A-Jax is another version of the name i have for my Main OC, who's birthday is in July)

PTSD is cause of Child Soldier assassin stuff, which A-Jax's father forced on a 5-year-old and it took 8 years and a Starfleet captain saw an issue and got him out of there but he got away.

Think of like if Batman was a toxic father who gilttriped and murdered to get his own way.
